Great B&B
Stayed here for one night, on a stopover up north, where we were the only guests. We were welcomed with a warm smile and tasty home made cakes and tea. Comfortable bed, immaculate room in which all little details had been thought of and were available. Breakfast was by far the best we have had in a long time; it would be worth staying for that alone! An excellent B&B for a very fair price and we will definitely be returning

Super B & B
We stayed in this lovely B&B for one night to break our journey on the way up to Scotland. We received a friendly welcome from Lanie & Mel and were offered drinks and a selection of delicious homemade cakes. Our rooms were extremely comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. The following morning we ate a fantastic full english breakfast but you are certainly spoiled for choice with the breakfast menu. We had a very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to recommend it. We will certainly stay again if we are in the area.

Excellent stay right in Penrith centre
As a family of 4 we had a big room with all you could want. Breakfast was fantastic with a nice mix of the traditional cooked "full monty" alongside more healthy yet yummy options. The hosts are very friendly and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Strongly recommended.

A wonderful experience
traveling with 3 young kids and finding rooms that could accommodate all of us comfortably, was no small task. At Lanie and Mels we were greeted with tea and cakes, had a wonderful room, large, lush and luxurious, and most importantly - huge smiles and endless help, recommendations and answers to all our questions (and the most delicious breakfast!). We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic couldn't be happier!
Lanie and Mel are wonderful hosts. Immaculate B&B, everything you could want is here. Breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from, all local produce too. We stayed in the family room and we were very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again. Congratulations to Lanie and Mel for creating a wonderful atmosphere and supporting your local community.
