Stranded , Without Paddle, Creek, Sh**e, Up
Arrived on sunday 24 June 2012 to be LOCKED OUT!!!!!!! NO notices on gate to explain.Climed gates and ran to main door (everything locked up) As with the Luke family we pre-booked two weeks prior to our trip and will never ever ever stay in this place again (used twice before this year) If your looking for something in Prestwick STAY AWAY FRON THIS ONE

LUKE FAMILY LEFT STRANDED
Me and my family arrived on Friday 22 June 2012 to find the gates LOCKED!We had an early morning flight on the Saturday and my family were left outside the hotel gates, we received no prior phone call or an attempt to contact us even though we pre-booked two weeks prior to our trip.We are still waiting for a full refund, as we had to then pay for another hotel and airport parking fees, we will never attempt to stay here in the future.

Very good
I spent a night in this hotel after a late landing at Glasgow Prestwick Airport and before departing towards Glasgow and Aberdeen. The building is a typical scottish cottage in the middle of a large green area. Warm atmosphere and a very kind and polite staff. Rooms are very clean and with shower, clean linen, satellite TV. WI-Fi connection is available only in the common areas but it wasn't so fast at all. In the morning, I had the pleasure to eat a very rich and tasteful continental breakfast.All told, is a very good place for a little staying before departing Glasgow or Edinburgh.It's accessible by taxi for 5¿¿ form Prestwick Airport.

Adamton a low cost alternative
Nice old style hotel but very tired. A single room was cheap (¿¿25) but very basic. This was fine by me because I only wanted a clean bed before an early check in at Prestwick airport. The staff were excellent as was the food and the wine. Would use again for the same short stay reasons.

Great value for money
I stayed one night before leaving for Prestwick airport the next day. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and is a very peaceful location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room clean with TV and tea/coffee making facilities, very welcome at 5am!!One slight criticism, the dining room was being used by another party and the only other place to eat dinner was in the bar, not the most comfortable way to eat with only low coffee tables.However, this would not stop me from staying again if I needed to fly from Prestwick. Overall great value for money.
