Towel/Gym manager: how one man can spoil the impression
Just returned from Serenity Makadi Heights, Hurghada Egypt. The hotel and the corals look very nice. As for service, some staff are friendly and some less so, but one of them, the towel/gym manager was outstandingly rude. Maybe he was too tired or for any other reason, but it doesn¿¿¿t help that he dislikes the customers so much. In the end, I got beach towels for us from Serenity Fun City and we used them, just not to meet the mentioned towel manager of our hotel too often.Maybe the management has too many unnecessary policies, like not allowing the staff to use front seats of the shuttle buses, next to the driver? Tourists are not using them anyway. Serge V.

Really liked
I like this hotel very much.Room were tidy,beutiful,big ,nature was green with many palms,flowers and etc. Food was good too(european,egyptian,italian) ,but the point is that I was staying for two weeks and it became a little bit tired. I choosed all inclusive so from the main bar everyday I took many glasses of cola ,juice ,sprite,cold water and some snack like donuts or pancakes. Animators were funny but a little bit annoying. The worse part was about doctors. They gave for my sister a few pills from sunburnt and requested us to pay 70 euros!! Of course we didn't pay and talked to receptionist who everything transferred to really important human in this hotel - manager. He was angry too - like us ,so we din't pay at all. Without this holidays was great !

No thank you
I was staying there with my husband, it was our honeymoon, and it was terrible. The room was filty, the bathroom wasn't clean. I'm never going back. There are just Russian guests and they are always drunk and they are loud.

the worst holiday in my life
The food was horrible,salads usually mixed from old incredients, no fish, any good meat....breakfast was the best meal of the day.The staff was aggresive and liars. They don¿¿t try to solve guest problems. Rooms were cleaned with dirty watter...Glasses and cutlery......DIRTY every day!!! Beautiful sea I can recommend only.Never ever........................................................

Very bad
Hold... at most 3 star hotel staff were rude and thief. The food like being a zoo dirty glasses ants in the food adequately staffed rigth to graze the camels... very bad all (only the gardens are very good) NOT RECOMMENDED
