Can't beat the location
If you enjoy walking around a downtown area, then I highly recommend staying at the Toll House. Also it had to be one of the quietest hotels we've ever stayed at. Parking is easy with their ground level garage. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent visit
I recently stayed a week at the Toll House hotel in Los Gatos, CA. The hotel accommodation was very good and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. I would particularly like to mention Abel who kindly helped out at the end of my visit when I had to move my luggage quickly from the front of the hotel to the back (where the main reception is located - watch out for this if you order a taxi!!). He is an excellent ambassador for the hotel - courteous and engaging. Many thanks!!

Nice Hotel in Cute Los Gatos
We were attending a wedding in nearby Nestldown and this was the hotel that was recommended for guests. It's at the end of the main strip and within walking distance of several shops and boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Los Gatos is a charming town and feels like one of those towns that are featured in TV movies where people raise their kids and then something bad happens in their picturesque and what they thought was a safe town.Anyway, back to Toll House. There's free parking in the garage for guests. We didn't have a chance to explore the whole hotel because we needed to get ready for the wedding but the parts that we saw were very nice - the staff was kind and professional. I called earlier in the morning to see if I could check in early because our bus was picking us up 15 minutes after 3 PM check in and they were able to accommodate us.We had a room with double beds that had a little balcony. The bathroom was awesome! The shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner bolted to the wall and the shower/toilet are behind a sliding door, leaving the sink/closet/dressing room as a separate space. Note that there is no fridge in the room and we had to go down the hall to get ice. Toll House would be a cute hotel to have a couples getaway. I would definitely consider it as an option for the future, although there wasn't really anything in Los Gatos that I found necessary to return for - I think there are dozens of these little California towns all up and down the coast!

Excellent Hotel
I recently stayed two nights at the Toll House Hotel in Los Gatos, CA. The facility was excellent as well as the service. I was greeted warmly by Emily at the Front Desk and she checked me in very quickly and was very helpful. The food was excellent as well as the catering staff. Our company held an event in the outside courtyard and the event went very well. Thanks again.

Great Hotel and Location for any meeting or vacation
I recently held a Business meeting at the Toll House Hotel in Los Gatos and although my office is not far from the hotel - the setting of the Hotel was like getting away. Staff at the Hotel is very responsive and helpful with all the needs. At the end of the main drag in Los Gatos so you don't get a lot of people walking by but all the great restaurants are within walking distance as well as some great shopping. I would highly recommend this Hotel for your next off site meeting or you next vacation - .
