Excellent Hotel
We Stayed at this this lovely hotel, the rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday, we had room with seaview on 7th floor which was ok , but next time we probably go for middle floor or bottom. our rooms were comfortable but we found it hot at night and the air conditioning wasnt working. The Staff, Reception & bar staff &Eva (entertsinment manager) were lovely , very helpful & polite, Food was good ,good variety and catering staff were very pleasent. Entertainment was good and our 10yrold daughter had plenty to do with Eva and was well looked after. We loved the location and hotel, and we will be booking to go back next year & staying at the Corona Del Mar. . Thankyou

lovely holiday
Returned home yesterday after a lovely weeks holiday with friends. We arrived 9.45pm and was asked by a very pleasant receptionist if we would like to go straight to the restaurant for an evening meal which was a lovely start, our check in straight after was quick and efficient. Our room was very nice with a seaview which we had requested, the food was very good, possibly the best we have had in all our visits to Benidorm. The location is excellent with the lovely beach just across the road, and on an evening you can choose whether to visit the Old Town or try the hectic night life (which we did a couple of times) in the new part. Also I must mention it was very nice to see staff in the hotel, especially the restaurant who were happy and pleasant, but also very efficient. All in all we had a great holiday in a lovely hotel and hope to return.

disappointed
My wife and I spent a week from the 13th thru 20th April at the Corona Del Mar, the hotel is spotless, good check in friendly staff. We were allocated room 117, on the first floor it overlooked a row of rubbish containers plus the service delivery area. Across from the road along side was a cemetery with more bins. and to top it all we looked at Burger King so the traffic and noise from depositing glass into the bins went on thru the night. The breakfast was the usual fare, the lunch was not worth turning up for, the evening meal was terrible. If you like undercooked pork you were ok but it was very cheap and inedible. There is no sun on this side of the hotel. I e-mailed the hotel prior to our arrival asking for a pool view as my wife has limited mobility and would spend a lot of the time on the balcony,, she never used the balcony once it was that noisy Good clean hotel but not four star.

Amazing !
Amazing, Best Benidorm Hotel ! Wonderful Staff , Excellent food , Amazing facilities and prime location not to mention fabulous evening and daytime entertainment. A really good place to bring the kids . Start your day off at the beach then literally walk less than 50 metres to the beach ! When you are finished at the beach return to the hotel where you can enjoy the pool . While the adults relax , the children can use the waterslide or if the Entertainment is on can play mini golf and many other activities with the play specialists. Then at evening time , go for your supper at hotels restaurant and over look peacock island while you enjoy your meal . Then either walk along the beach front , tour Benidorm or relax in the bar while the entertainment gets started . At 8pm their is an awards ceremony for all the kids who went to the kids , and then the disco starts, family games are played then at around ten you get a variety of performances from plate spinning to parrots riding bikes ! Then the next day tour take the bus to Terra Mitica or Mundomar / Aqualandia ! Really worth going !

Another fantastic holiday
My husband and I stayed at Corona Del Mar between 16 April and 30 April 2013 - our fourth visit and we weren't disappointed at all. It is a fantastic hotel in a great location with superb views to the sea. All the hotel staff were most amenable and couldn't do enough for us. We are definitely going back! Wish we were there now.
