Great hotel
The hotel was very clean and quiet with friendly staff and excellent managment. The food was very good. There was beautiful and very well cared garden, nice beach with a small coral reef. We had a very nice vacation and we recomended hotel for those who like a quiet holidays. We traveled with our 4 years old child in May 2011.

Be careful of the food
WE booked 3 rooms in this hotel for a family holiday. I am writing this review while in the hotel.I am food poisoned an so is my neice and my sister in law. We are spending our holiday in bed sick. the food is terrible. It looks like left overs used in all the restaurants and kept for long time without proper storing.It is a shame that such beautiful resort will have such terrible food.

A little paradise in Egypt
Very nice hotel - the food is excellent and the personnel is smiling :-)Just outside the hotel, you can find some shops, restaurants and a pharmacy... The hotel is quiet and not too far from Hurghada airport (about 30 minutes).

Perfect hotel for a relaxing vaccation
Stayed for a week with all inclusive and it was a very nice week. It might have been perfect if it wasn't for the fact that the staff mistook us for german speaking the whole time. I must say that although there were several germans at the hotel, there were a lot non-german speaking guests that would appreciate to be greeted not in german but in more neutral english.An other drawback was the buff¿¿t dinner which wasn't so varied. They had theme nights, but in all it was more or less the same food. And I appreciate their sprirt, but egyptians are better at egyptian dishes than european (at least at this hotel). However if you chose the ¿¿ la carte (or actually set dinner restaurants) the food was better - and there was an option of dining outside of the hotel (which we didn't use).However set this two issues aside the hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms had good standard and the cleening was excellent. Very slow internet is included in the lobby, if you want faster and in your room you have to pay extra, which I think is something that should be included in a hotel of this standard. The hotel does not have it own spa, but all the hotels at the resort uses the same spa. The spa was good and the staff could give a good massage. However the two we had chatted with each other during the treatment, which might not be that professional. As with the restaurant at the hotel - they tried and it works good, but it lacks that little extra that you should expect from what they charge.Ok, now I feel like I'm slightly to pessimistic about the hotel. What I want to say and the things that I have pointed out don't really make this a bad choice, it's just that you get the feeling that although they are trying it's just those small things that are missing for it to be 100% perfect.

A lovely relaxing break
We stayed here in January 2013. The hotel was spacious, clean, with choice of restaurants all included in the price, with the option to dine in their sister hotel, also at no charge. There were 2 large pools and plenty of sun loungers by pools and on the beach. It also had the best Jetty in the bay, and it was possible to see fish without getting into the water, or easy access provided from the end. The staff in restaurant and throughout the hotel were very cheerful and helpful. The only downside was the Spa, which looked very impressive, and was 'sold' to us by beach touts as a special place, was extremely cramped. there were 4 of us in one small room having treatments, and we were asked to pay on the way in.
