**Truly Wonderful**
Stayed for two nights, what a truly wonderful place.Owners and Son Stuart could not be more accomodating or helpful.Lovely clean spacious room with TV, Tea/Coffee making facilities and including WIFI. We could not pick this up on our IPAD so we where loaned a netbook for the duration of our stay.Lovely big breakfast at time to suit, endless refills of tea and toast. We tried White pudding for the first time and as we mentioned this we had extra helpsing the next day. We even bought some to take home and Stuart froze it for us overnight so it could be kept in our coolbag for travelling home. If ever travelling this area again we would definately return to this B & B and would most definately recommend this to others.

A great b&b easy to find welcoming and lovely rooms
We stayed for the Northwest 200. A warm welcome on arrival our double room was warm quiet clean and comfortable. Margaret gave us a map to a nearby pub for good value food. Breakfast was perfdct,served at times to suit us. I have only a tiny point, the shower was lovely but I could have done with a bath sheet. I had to use the hand towel as well as the bath towel and that meant all our towels were wet but I'm being extremely fussy now! Overall a great experience.

Great accommodation close to Derry
My husband, my friends, and I were all delighted with Groarty House & Manor. The welcome was warm and genuinely friendly, the accommodation very good, and the breakfast first rate. While the location is both convenient and delightfully rural, it can be a little difficult to find in the dark (but definitely worth the effort!)so get good directions. I have no hesitation in recommending Groarty House and Manor.

lovely place
We stayed one night on our way around Ireland.Very friendly host John and Margret.Spacious rooms, bed Too soft for me but personal preference.Better than a hotel ,and certainly more friendly.John drove us down to local restaurant and came back to pick us up when finished.The only down side would be it is some 5-10 mins out of Londonderry but some may say that s a plus being in the countyside. Highly recommend them

Delightful escape
Just on the edge of Derry and close to the border of Donegal this is an excellent spot. Use of a car would be recommended though. The owners are extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help. When asking about places to eat they contacted a very busy local restaurant and got us a reservation - they even offered to drive us there so we could have a few drinks - a great personal touch. Rooms were spacious and modern, warm and quiet. A great nights sleep was had by both of us. Breakfast next morning was also excellent. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet spot to get away from it all while not being too far from the city centre.
