Disappointing!
We read the reviews for this hotel and booked accordingly. Sadly, this hotel is very disappointing. As others have stated, it is very dated and actually bordering on run down. While the room is generally clean, the beds are a box spring and mattress on the floor, and the fabric on the bench is heavily stained. If you are hoping for a friendly hotel, this is not it. If you speak English and are hoping for a hotel which you can communicate with the staff, this is not it. You should be warned of the following things as well: - Their "Internet" is a lie. They charge 100 Baht for 24 hours and it never works. - The included breakfast is rather bad.- Do not trust the hotel desk. We tried to hire a private car and the lady behind the desk tried to jack the price by 500 baht (about $16 USD). Just outside they were charging 1500 baht. When I told her no, she looked at me slyly and then said 1500 ok. I hate hotels that do not look out for their guests.I would not recommend this hotel, nor would we ever stay here again.

Short walk to the beach and the night markets and just around the corner from all the wonderful restaurants and bars.It is only about a 10 minute, level walk from the train station.Spacious room with balcony and window and all very clean.Usual things, like wardrobe, desk and arm chairs, fridge & tea making facility, T.V.Swimming Pool is niceThere isn't a lift in the building so if you have mobility problems advise as the shower is also over the bath.They charge for WiFi (100b for 24hrs).Breakfast is very ordinary................

good value for money
stay here as a group of 4 in 2 rooms. Good value for money and helpful staff. Close to beach, shops and night markets. Would stay again. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, small pool areas that is big enough to feel comfortable in. No beakfast in our cost but plenty of places close buy that it wasn't a problem

Great place
Stayed here on the 26 june 2012 and i am really pleased with everything. The rooms were big and spacey. It was clean and had terrific aircon. You only have a minutes walk to either the beach, partycentre or restaurants. We were three guys with a room each and all our rooms had 2 kingsize bed som that were great.

Comfortable place to stay
Hotel conveniently located at near the beach of Hua Hin and near the tourist area behind Wat Hua Hin. The hotel is at walking distance of the Night - and Chat Chai Market. Post office and police station are in the immediate vicinity.The hotel has a private parking (which is very convenient), a small swimming pool, Wi-Fi and internet facility and a restaurant. It is not a new hotel. The bathroom looked a bit worn out, but everything was functional and clean. Rooms were quite good with air-conditioning, satellite television, filled refrigerator, coffee set, bath robe and slippers. Service was friendly and correct. The hotel was fully booked at the time of stay. We received though a good room rate. Comfortable and convenient place to stay.
