Great stay
Just came back from a 3-day stay at this hotel-apartment.Friendly concierge, awesome location, clean and quiet, kitchen was very well organized, even if we didn't really use it.When travelling with family, I will go back again.

Old, shabby.... bad choice not 4* as presented
When we choose this hotel we though about our kid. The price was not an issue. When we entered.....I felt myself guilty in front of my kid because she had to stay there. Internet pictures? Forget about them, nothing looks like in those pictures. Beside the young lady from the reception that tried her best to manage the situation the rest are stories from the mud of the ancient Paris. Never happened to my in Paris before, even if known that this metropola hotels do not have the biggest rooms or the nicest ones:the carpet was torned apart, furniture like bitten by the mouses and so on....One word: filthy.

Avoid! Run down and dirty
The reception is deceptive. We stayed in one of the apartments. It was dirty and all the gadgets in it was either not working (air con) or junky (sticky hair dryer). Our shower head was being held together with a rubber band! The curtains and carpets were disgusting. Bath drain was very slow. Mold on tiles. Just avoid it - it was gross! I can't imagine it it had been any hotter. We would have had to leave the hotel. Stinky hallway smells like urine! Location is perfect though.

Over priced, over rated
The pros: The staff was friendly. They stored our luggage and had a taxi for us on time. The cons: When first entering the hotel, you think its a really nice hotel until you enter your room: Cob webs on the ceiling, very dated, uncomfortable beds, had to have the window open for the AC so it was very loud and smelled exhaust all night, too hot without AC. Lights wouldn't work, sink clogged up, very small rooms, very over priced, bathroom smelled, shower head not attached correctly, curtain when opened fell off the wall, the piece had been glued... Not at all what you would expect for a four star hotel..

Very Good, not perfect
The hotel offer comfortable familly suites appropriate for 4 members familly. Even the furniture needs to be renovated, it was very clean and excellent breakfast. Free WiFi is not available in the room, solely in the lobby which is a little bit confusing. Have in mind that it is very noisy during the nights regardless the fact that the hotel is not at a main avenue.The location however is wonderful and near to metro station. For few days stay the hotel is very good.
