Excellent choice for a night near the airport
We spent a week in Mexico with flight from Madrid, so booked the night before and after the vacation in this hotel.Both times we received impecable service. The shuttle transfered us to/from the airport a total of four times and it was always on time. On our way back we arrived earlier than expected, we called the hotel and they were really kind and sent us the shuttle, it arrived in less than 15 minutes.The rooms were comfortable and clean, good variety of TV channels.The hotel is far from the center of Madrid and we wanted to avoid paying taxi for the entire distance, so the receptionist advised us on a cheaper solution - to get a taxi only to the nearest train station "Torrejon de Ardoz" (it is about 7 euro) and then with the train to go to Atocha (which is the station in the very center of the city, 2.5 euro per person, around 20 minutes). Thus we paid around 12 euro for two people instead of like 40 to get to the center.The breakfast is included in the price of the room and it is good.We decided to have a dinner at the hotel one of the evenings, there was a buffet option for 10.50 euro, not great variety but enough and good food for this price.All in all, I would recommend this hotel if you want to spend only a night in Madrid, near the airport.

Perfect for Overnight Layover
This was a great arrangement for an overnight layover in Madrid. There is an hourly shuttle from the airport, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. Make sure to book your shuttle to the airport ahead of time because the morning I traveled several of them were full so I saw at least one person have to call a taxi.

Perfect for quick stop to or from airport
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, spacious hotel stopping to or from airport travel. The free shuttle was timely and fast to the airport, but the hotel was not too close to the hustle and bustle of Barajas. The front desk was friendly, and the hotel staff was prompt with everything. However, I would not recommend this to anyone looking to stay and tour Madrid. It is far from the city and pretty much anything but the airport. (A taxi from the Atocha train station costs about 35 Euro)

The rooms and the personnel are excellent.Not so far from the airport and the city, without any noise.The only inconvenient was the 3 buses full of 3rd age people seeming to travel for the very first time. It was totally impossible to have a breakfast at 8:00am.But, when the staff ot the hotel asked us if everything was ok, we told them this fact and they offered us to have a free drink in the loby.So, nice place to be recommended.

Lovely hotel and great service but too far from Madrid!
This hotel is lovely, very new, clean and bright with excellent service but it is very far from Madrid. A taxi to/from the centre of Madrid is between 30 and 40 Euros, a taxi from the airport is at least 25 Euros (however, the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to the airport). A taxi to the nearest town is ¿¿9 Euros and then the train is a further 2 Euros. Neither the town nor the train are within easy walking distance (2km). Having said that the hotel is peaceful, the pool is lovely and the rooms are generic but very clean and fresh. It doesn't help that it appears that most of the taxis we got didn't know where it was so it felt in the middle of nowhere! There is alot of work going on nearby (you can't hear it) so this is probably up and coming!
