Nice stay

noisy hotel room not good
book this hotel by viewing the lobby area which was lovley clean, and very inviting, assumed the rooms was the same but i was wrong, rooms not good dirty wallpaper peeling, and the noise from the street, all day and all night, the pool was horendous, as was the breakfast, so no good points at all just dont go here

Beware of Mosquito Fogging
Couldn't believe it when we were just dropping off and this horrendous noise disturbed us. Opened the curtains to see loads of smoke, we were on the 6th floor. I stupidly went down in the lift to find the lobby full of smoke, I could barely see in front of me. Covering my mouth and nose I made it out of the building to find the staff standing well away from the entrance and workmen filling the building with gas. When complaining the following day I was told this is called fogging and is done to kill mosquitoes. Needless to say it didn't work and the lobby was full of mosquitoes again two night later. There had been no notice of the procedure taking place and it did so at 12.30 am. I will definately not stay at this hotel ever again.

Molds in the bathrooms!
Its a 2 star hotel pretending to be a 3 star hotel. My title summarizes my review and bad experience with this hotel. Room service was quick but only the shrimp fried rice was worth eating. I ordered 3 other dishes and barely touched it. Burger King in front is your best buy along with all the touristy restaurants around the hotel. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best. We started eating breakfast out after a few days.Oh, and did I mention NO WIRED OR WIRELESS INTERNET...??? Good thing the small boutique hotel beside it had free wifi. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. Check out the other boutique hotels around this one. They looked so much nicer. You've been warned.

Avoid this hotel, it's terrible
The only positive - it's only a 5 minute walk to the nice public beach at the end of Damnoenkasem Rd and it's close to many beer bars and restaurantsNegatives:1. wifi did not work2. swimming pool under repair3. room had strange smell4. mosquitos in the room - I had bites on my face and bottom, bites had to be when I was in bed5. shower head in the bathtub was perfect height for a child not for an adult6. breakfast buffet was the worst I have had in Thailand or Cambodia - and coffe was cold7. had to pay 60 baht per hour for internet in the lobby - again wifi did not work8. reception staff did not explain to not lock door from inside when you leave.the room - consequently, I could not open my door when I returned to my room and had to go to front desk for help9. no safe in room and reception staff did not tell me that they had safes availabe behind the reception desk10. open your balcony door and the mosquitos pour in11. bed was not comfortable
