I have never seen a hotel as freaking disgusting as this one. We chose it originally for the location, but when we walked in the room, we left after 5 minutes and got a different hotel. Upon check in, I discovered that the pet fee was not $15 per stay, as advertised, but $15 per day, costing us an extra $45, plus a $5 per day resort fee (what a joke, this isn't a resort by any stretch of the imagination) for an added $60 cost to our stay. We were in room 301, not that I think any other room would have been better. The keys did not work, so I had to stand at the door holding all of our stuff and dog while my boyfriend ran to the front desk to get them fixed. The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was the odor, even though there was no carpet. Next was a cockroach on the door. Then I noticed that we were placed in a room with two beds instead of one, in which both beds were noticeably broken and covered with dingy, disgusting comforters. The chairs in the room were soiled and stained with what would have to be 20 years of use and no cleaning. I instantly called Expedia and told them to get us a new hotel ASAP. There was no refrigerator, coffee maker, safe, or anything as advertised. Before leaving I encountered another roach in the room. As I mentioned, we were only in the room for 5 minutes. I gathered up my stuff and sat in the car on the phone with Expedia because of the vile conditions of the room.To put it simply, you could not have paid me to stay there. An episode of Survivor could be filmed at this piece of crap hotel. I forewarn anybody to stay away. The low rate is clearly indicative of the conditions. We moved to a La Quinta, though significantly farther away, for $12 more per night and oh so worth it. I will never again stay at a Days Inn. I cringe at the memory of that room. Gross. The whole place needs to be leveled and rebuilt.The guy at the front desk, Manuel I believe, quickly processed my refund. I have a feeling he is used to it because he didn't even question me as to why I was leaving so soon. He was a nice enough person.

My boyfriend and I got a room here and first were told that there was a $50 charge for paying with cash for the two night stay after we arrived around 2am so we had to find a bank. Second, we stayed in a room with no mini fridge, it smelt bad, carpets were dirty, bes had crusty stains on it and the tub had chunks of mold all over it and some of the lights in the room didn't even work. After our first night we came back to our room to find German cockroaches scurrying about; guest service seemed not surprised and moved us to another room after we asked. Second room; we eventually saw another cockroach when we went to bed, so I slept in my car. I will never stay here and I'm looking for a refund but not sure that will happen since the customer service is very poor. Also on a last note, no continental breakfast, and the free wifi is none exsistance and did not work at all.

I was so excited when I received a $32.40 rate for my stay. After a long travel to Orlando, I arrived to the hotel around 10:15pm. At check-in, the front desk agent informed me that my reservation was canceled at 10:00pm because they were not sure that I would arrive. I explained that I called the previous day to confirm my late check-in. She stated that there was nothing that she could do because the hotel was sold-out. I asked to speak with a supervisor. When the supervisor spoke with me, she stated that she could accommodate me for $90 per night. Immediately, I asked for the phone number to the corporate customer service. After a 30 minute call with the corporate representative, I was informed that she could not help the front desk supervisor to understand the policy. Thus, I would have to pay $90 if I wanted a room. I was not going to give them my business because that was an unethical move. I believe they realized that they could make more than $32.40 off of the room, so they canceled my reservation. If you decide to stay here, make sure you have a back-up plan!!

What's not to love for $30.69/night! Memorial day weekend! Yeah baaaby! My family stayed on the ground floor. Easy access with luggage. Room was a bit musty but not bad. Clean sheets, clean towels, comfy bed, all I need! Missing the Microwave and Fridge, but hey, nothing AC couldn't do. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Mini golf (Congo River) over on the other side of the street. Bus stop right in front the hotel. Easy access up and down International, close to outlets.

You know that simple rule ¿¿¿you get what you pay for¿¿¿? Well to start off ¿¿¿we stayed for two nights (May 28th, 29th 2013) I made my reservation 3 weeks before hand and requested a refrigerator, microwave and to be on ground floor. The only request that made it through was to be on the ground floor. When I asked about the microwave and fridge I was told to ask again in the morning. No Thanks!!The room smelt terrible and the floors were disgusting (mold maybe?.. or previous animals? I don't know). The laundry room only had 1 working dryer out of 4. The ice machines didn¿¿¿t work and the light switches hardly held a plug!! I am usually pretty easy going and I don¿¿¿t tend to spend a lot on hotels but to avoid this one in the future I will! Guest services were not friendly and the lighting inside the room was terrible. Also something was funky about the coffee maker because it basically just made water!. We will not be back! Save your money.
