Dirty
Dirty,dirty dirty .Rooms are cleaned ( i use this word loosely ) to Egyptian standards and are therefore not clean .They do not seem to understand that in order to clean effectively they need to use hot water and detergent ,cold water does nothing! grime grime grime !Beds were rock hard solid ,why bother with mattresses ? They were as hard as sleeping on the floor .hard hard hard Doors slam really loudly ,but then that also has to do with inconsiderate guests .A/c is LOUD .Staff are friendly enough ,food is good ,pool was great ,landscape is kept to a high standard .shame about the dirty dirty dirty Deluxe rooms .We stayed at this hotel when they first opened and were impressed but there seems to have been no maitenance whatsoever ,whole place could do with a descent paint job and a good scrub .

What a Shame
hotel is not up 5 starts expectation, bad service, no requests done, very bad rooms-bath rooms need urgent renovation, as well as room corridors, beach sun beds are broken.only one postive side which is food and pool which is out of this world.

Mediocre hotel not Swiss at all
I stayed there for a whole week, 5 days for a workshop and two to have a nice weekend with the wife. Don't be fooled by the name, the experience we had was bad overall for the following reasons. First the bed was much better than those in prison I assume, the rooms was not maintained, walls are dirty, towels are worn out. Food was average, and hat you get for lunch you will get for dinner, I did not think you can go wrong eating fish but apparently you can at this hotel. They trick you with a wide variety of plates but the taste remains average. The sand part of the beach is nice but the actual swimming part is all rocky and filled with sea urchins. They have good service though and staff are very nice and service oriented but still that does not make up for a bad back at the end of the trip. They also have a nice semi island restaurant location that you can see the Delphine's every morning and sun set.I would not want to stay there again, and would seriously advise anyone else not to stay there for the price we paid. Motel 6 is certainly not better than this one but it does not rise much to reach the movenpick level that I experienced else where.One final note, DO NOT AND DO NOT BRING SNORKELING GEAR, there is nothing to see but sea urchins everywhere.
