Really impressed! Reading some of the reviews here I find it hard to believe how negative some people are. Bearing in mind the price it's hard to be critical at all about this place. Food was fantastic, great range everyday and again considering price point I thought this was very good compared to other hotels I've stayed in both in Sharm and Hurghada. We booked a standard room which was huge, massive bed and bathroom and I certainly did not feel the rooms were dated as I'd read on here. We were delighted about the level of service we got from all of the staff especially the guys in the upstairs bar who were exceptional. The two pools on the main side of the complex were great and we especially enjoyed the swim up bar in between water polo sessions. We didn't really have the aggressive sell here either in terms of trips we did do a couple including quads & snorkeling but have stayed in places before where you are hounded. The animation team by and large were great and really helped us make the most of the holiday however there are a couple who should seriously consider if the service industry is for them, without naming any name. Overall I feel this hotel represents fantastic value considering we paid around ¿¿530 each for 9 nights all inclusive. If you want out and out luxury then pay for it. I would stay here again for sure, I'm hoping my trip to Florida in July offers similar value for money.

our trip to sharm with my family was at 1st of may to 4th of may at room 7209.THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING we really enjoyed the aqua park every single person in the family. the hotel had plenty of pools and slides and when you see the place you realize that this thing was in the picture and it looked the same !the quality of the food is fascinating. the rooms are large the beds are big and comfy .the entertainment team is awesome there are those mini-discos for kids my little brother enjoyed it. and there are shows every night i saw a show about the egyptian folk dances .there a lot of activities you never get bored when you're there. the hotel has many views for taking pictures. i,we had such a good time there and i'm booking there again

The hotel isn't far from the airport, and prebooking transfers seems to be a waste of money, I'd advise getting a cab as it will work out to be much cheaper. When we arrived at the hotel and went inside to check in, the first thing you notice is the smell, as a non smoker, walking into an enclosed room that allows smoking (also the only room in the resort that has wifi) it really knocks you off your feet. I think the resort needs to become non smoking except for specific rooms that can be booked for smokers, and make all areas non smoking. They only gave us 1 room card to open our door to our room, which is also used to turn on the power to the room, which means you can't run the AC while you are out during the day. The bigger problem is I do scuba diving and my wife doesn't so one of us would be locked out, however after talking to the front desk a few days in a row, they gave us an extra card. When we got to the room there was a few issues, one the mini fridge didn't work, which they replaced for us the next day, and there was no stopper in the sink or the bath tub. They gave us one stopper but never a 2nd, we had to share between the two. The bath tub had some enamel wear, and staining, it was also cracked in one place. The shower unit is in the bath tub so it's not a seperate shower only unit. The water pressure was decent in the shower, but temperature was inconsistent. The wifi in the lobby wasn't very reliable. Not only was it very slow, most of the time our devices wouldn't connect. There was 2 open wifi channels, however I think they where both overloaded with users and this prevented us from connecting. Also doesn't help when half of the people there are trying to use skype video calls which uses a lot of bandwith which is already an issue before they even start! And again, this is inside the smoking area so if you are a non smoker, expect your eyes to water and your hair/clothes to stink. There was loads of mosquitos, which we learned after the first night to use lots of bug spray every night, however I got eaten alive while asleep (all doors where closed so not sure how they got in) Several people had to go to the doctors on site because of these bug bites.. which leads me onto my next issue..The clinic on site was awful. I got an ear infection from scuba diving, and the first day I went i was told there wouldn't be a doctor around that day to come back, I came back the next day the doctor never showed. I went back the 2nd day and finally he was there. He gave me some drops and some antibiotics.. which where already opened as half of the pack was missing, so the third day he had to replace them so I'd have the full course. The 5th day my ear wasn't getting better so he told me to come back at 7pm.. he showed up at 730, washed my ear out and gave me stronger drops and told me to come back the following night at 7pm, again he never showed up. By this time my ear was starting to feel more normal so I didn't bother going back. The biggest complaints I read before I went was about the food, and yes it does get quite boring quickly as the food they serve seems to be aimed for a different culture. Very repetitive cuisine, and quite often the food was mislabelled. Also rude people who don't know how to close food lids means the food wasn't always hot. And of course the Russians are very rude when it comes to lining up. There was always plenty of food, but i didn't find much of it enjoyable.There are loads of shops on both sides of the resort which we found to be a huge benefit as it gave us something to do nightly to visit a different shop, to buy drinks etc. However some of the shop keepers are quite pushy and demanding, and mistakenly starts speaking to you in Russian by default (which I then replied for that very reason I refuse to go into your shop!) Not all of them are bad, just a few.If you decide to walk to the beach, it is a fair trek to get there, about 15-20 minutes walking, and if you

Hotel was good value for money, pool area and animation team excellent and very friendly. All staff very friendly.Only downside was the lack of organisation in the both restaurants and poor quality of food in water park bar. There seemed to be no leadership or direction in the restaurants and you would often struggle to find a clean table and them to get a drink. There was no maitre d and the staff seemed to be all over the place and didn't appear to have their own 'zones' to look after. Occasionally you saw an official looking man come along (F&B Manager ?) open all the silver food display units and then he would disappeat !? When you did eventually get food it was quite good, but the service really lacks direction and professionalism. This could be easily fixed with some direction from somebody.Food offering at slide park very poor, usually food containers empty or food been sitting around too long. Poor choice of salad.Shame about this as it really lets the hotel down. I hope they improve this.

I will be back again to Park Inn ,I stayed 5 nights ,the stuff was excellence and co-operative for the location I liked having small market beside the resort i used to buy everything just at front door.I loved snorkeling @the resort beach very beautiful.
