This hotel has everything for the perfect stay; internet access, a large free car park, and transport links into central London. The full english breakfast is good value if you pre-book it at a reduced rate and staff are very friendly and helpful. One drawback is that there is a nightclub next door which can be a little noisy at closing time and the hotel is on the route to a major A&E hospital which means frequent sirens but the double glazed windows keep most of it out All in all a good package especially if you get a special weekend price.

Great hotel for a convenient stay in Wimbledon - perfectly situated close to everything, shops train etc, and has the added bonus of a car park, and internet in the room AT NO EXTRA charge, gotta be a bonus!We were on a weekend break, special price, so were amazed to find the quality of the hotel, far exceeded our expectations, for the price we had paid!We were celebrating our anniversary so they upgraded the room when they knew it was a occassion, it was extremely comfortable bed, and a settee in the room, the bathroom was new and spotless, and whilst we only had breakfast in the hotel, as we were too busy doing lots of other things, walking to Wimbledon Village, shopping, etc and visited the theatre, which was less than 5 mins away, the breakfast was great, eggs cooked fresh, really couldn't fault it.Thank you staff of Antoinette, we will definately visit again.

I have spent some time over past weeks at the Antoinette on business. We had a training event going on which we had a slight mixed bag, but overall very good indeed. I certainly couldn't fault Roy and all his team, who attended our every request with pleasure and efficiency. The hotel is certainly conveniently placed. South Wimbledon tube is closest and about ten minutes walk from the hotel. This is the Northern line with connections from stations going north for most lines. The main station and the Centre Court Shopping are about fifteen minutes walk in the opposite direction - it's a good step out along the Broadway, however, there is the Wimbledon Theatre and lots of excellent eateries along the way. Also for a short hop on one of the buses (57, 93 etc) just takes a little out of the walk if required. They are incredibly frequent, and handy if you are carrying shopping. Now, back to the Antoinette. The Lambourne is the bar/grill next door that serves the food for the Antoinette and they do a very good steak, burgers etc which is good value and a decent choice of menu is available. I had room service too from the Lambourne which offers the same menu. I was surprised The Lambourne was closed this past Bank Holiday weekend as then I had nowhere to eat in the hotel. Did go to the excellent Italian up the road La Nona which I review separately. If you are considering The Antoinette, don't hesitate there are rooms to meet every pocket and every need. A roof terrace is handy just to sit out and listen to the sounds of the city and yet enjoy some of the sunshine I was blessed with whilst visiting Wimbledon. The breakfast is a good choice - although like all hotels not cheap - although I believe a voucher is available at a cheaper price if pre booked the night before.

We have stayed here many times over the years and what a great refurb. The customer service is brilliant and all staff are accommodating to your needs. We had a wedding in the family which had to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances and they were more than helpful in making the refund process extremely easy. I know my mother would highly recommend them as well and couldn't have spoken more highly of the staff.

For the money this was a nice hotel, clean and well managed. For breakfast, eggs are cooked to order and the scrambled version was perfect. The Classic room we'd booked was very small (room 107), I queried this after arrival as their website says that the bed in the Classic room is bigger than in the Club room. Our Classic room bed was a standard double, so I dread to think about the size of the bed in their Club room! Reception staff were not terribly helpful when I queried this and did not offer to change us. So almost 5 stars for the hotel and the breakfast, but we felt a little hard done by and judging by the car park, they were hardly full. Their website is clearly inaccurate, and for that reason I can't rate it more highly.
