private pool villa with 1 living room ,1 bedroom , 1 massage room And 2 bathrooms.the villa's quite large with full facilities.the bathroom is open air with large bath tub but it's quite old and dirty.i like the pool of this villa,it's larger than the other pool villa resort.it has sun deck to relax and see the mountain view.but from this deck, the other villa can see inside your villa.for my villa ,it's shady because of the tree so i can swim all the day but the opposite villa has no big tree so it's hot and very sunny.

Good hotel for private pool party
I've been there with my girl friend and Few friends. I strongly recommend this hotel for a couple or groups who are enjoy a small party beside private pool. If you really need a place nearby the beach, this place is not your choice as it s quite far away from Hua Hin beach. Free shuttle bus is provided for guests who wanno go to downtown. It is ok for me in general.

Worst Resort Ever Visited
Unmaintained hotel far away from the main city.Dirty poolsRude ReceptionistWe stayed at AKA Resort inspite of the fact we were booked for AKA Guti.It takes 300-500 baht to reach hotel from the main city.Frequent power cuts.I was here for my honeymoon and this resort spoiled it completely

Not as bad as some reviewers say
This is one of those hotels that is quite difficult to rate. Let's look at facts:1. Location is 10 min drive from HuA hin2. You need a car or to hire a moped as there is not much nearby3. Don't confuse it with aka guti which is nicer and more expensive4. Villas are huge and spacious5. Cleanliness level is not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but it didn't ruin my stay. 6. If you are very particular about cleanliness then stay away7. Maintenance is required, again it did not ruin my stay8. Rooftop sala in each villa is very peaceful9. Price - if I had paid full rack rate I would have been disappointed. However, if you can get a good deal (I paid 3500THB) then it is ok. It is not worth any more than this.10. Staff are friendly and helpful.Overall, if I got a cheap price again then I would return. I would rate this as 3-4 star hotel but is has potential to be so much more.

We'll come back again...
we were fortunate to stay on our honeymoon with our son on the opening day .the pool was very generous in size and well appointed.The choice of keeping the room totally open is excellent as you get a breeze the entire day.My husband and son was fascinated with the shower in the villa that had jets with various pressure from different angles.the villa was very tastefully decorated and even though it was the first day of the opening they catered for almost every detail needed to make your stay more than comfortable. the staff were very courteous and always ready to help .The daily choices of breakfast especially prepared is an excellent idea and was well prepared.I would definitely recommend the villa ,thanks to all at AKA Resorts Hua Hin that made our stay memorable.
