The hotel is in the suburb of Paris - La Defance district. Rooms are basic but clean. There is a nice park near the hotel. The subway is rather far - 15 min walk, therefore we had to take a taxi from downtown to the hotel late in the evening.

Basic room - stay away from the Buffet
The hotel I normally stay at in Nanterre was full so I chose this place as it's walking distance from the Office.Checked in fine and the staff at reception were ok. Between my very limited Frnch and her English we got through it all fine. The room has everything you need from a hotel room. Tea&Coffee, bath, bed, TV. The free WiFi was good (if a bit slow). So far eveything was looking good.Went to dinner and that wasn't so good. The menu is fairly limited, and the first 2 items I select wern't available so I went with the pork. It was OK. However, the problem was I also ordered the starter buffet which is laid out in the middle of the restaraunt. I started selecting the items I wanted and thats when I realised I was in competition for the food with all the little flies. I moved the lettuce and it was like a scene from one of those 80's disaster movies about killer bee swarms... OK - maybe not that bad, but you get the point.Other than that it was a very basic hotel. And not even that cheap. 121 Euros (plus tax) just for the room itself.My recommendation - find somewhere else.

Room was small and beds tiny. Felt really warm with no air con and too noisy outside to leave window open overnight. Expensive considering Nanterre is not a particular nice suburb. Certainly would not walk around there alone at night. Meal in the restaurant was dreadfully disappointing.

Good for tourist - reasonable price.
This hotel is a very good choice if you arrive by car. There is excellent closed car parking and you can leave your car in very safe place. The staff is very nice and helpful and many people speak English (but not all). The breakfast is good especially if you compare with other cheap hotels in France. However there are no hot meals (no scrambled eggs, no sausages..).You can eat French crepes, different sweet roles, ham, cheese, yogurt, etc.The restaurant offers good meals for dinner and supper. Unfortunately rooms are very small. Sometimes it is difficult to open the suitcase so if you have large luggage you will feel uncomfortable there. The wardrobe is inside the room, between bed and window. It is hard to move inside the room. However it is clean and the hotel offers tea set in the room (every day new tea bags/coffe and some biscuit). Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of tv channels and clean bathroom. However the corridor of the hotel is ugly and cramped (but clean).I think it is good hotel for tourist but not for business trip.

Couldn't ask for better
I went with.a school group and it was one of the best holidays ever! The food was amazing and the staff were great to talk to even if my french isnt good! The only thing i would change is add rooms to sit like larger sitting area's! I would reccomad for families too!
