The hotel has a very good location in Neama Bay. Its really close to the Sea. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are extremely helpful and cheerful. They are very professional and passionate. I really enjoyed staying there.

Excellent
Best hotel and staff, fabulous service, yasser in the restaurant you're a star ! i hope your management appreciate what a fabulous invaluable member of staff you are, the rest were good but you were exceptional ! nothing was too much trouble for you, you made our break fabulous and memorable. Marriott management look after this man ! We were a group of four middle aged proffesional women who chose the Marriott for a long weekend break in february , the staff were fabulous we felt safe at all times. The animation team were great, food was fabulous well done to all the staff that made our holiday so good, would definitely recommend ! no dodgy stomachs like you hear , just fabulous food fabulous service and hard working staff , THANK YOU SO MUCH ! looking to re book for February 2014 next year. We can't wait to see you all again. Alison dixon ,Caroline Carroll and friends . And for the people who have read the review about yasser on reception .... He is a really busy guy and was fabulous and professional with us, certainly was not rude ! I am a firm believer of treating people with respect and they will treat us like wise. Beautiful holiday at Marriott Mountain
We spent 11 nights at Marriott Mountain and had been upgraded to a large room with pool view which we loved. Even though the rooms would require some refurbishment, we found it very comfortable and had all amenities needed. We had an amazing housekeeper- Ahmed who cleaned our room every day to a very high standard. Our checkin was done by Mohammed who was very helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with every enquiry. We did find that the rest of the reception team and concierge was not as welcoming and helpful as him, but that's probably got to do with cultural differences. At your service team was amazing, talked to Islam and Sherif( he is the best, he saved our lives by sending a car to pick us up on the airport after being hassled by the airport taxis who asked for 250 EGP!!! to get us to the hotel)- many thanks for your warm hospitality. We had halfboard included, so had breakfast and dinner in the mountain buffet. Food was of great variety and good quality, we are not picky so were happy with the food. The best in this resort is the beautiful beach, which is clean sandy beach with crystal clear water. There was a beach restaurant and waiters would walk around so you could order food and post it to your room bill- food was nice and well priced. The hotel has an amazing pool- the mountain side one is nicer, but we spent more time on the beach which was not crowded at all and there was always beds available. Overall, an excellent holliday and would definitely return.

Marriott Mountain Resort - Excellent
Although the rooms were fairly basic, i expected more for a 5* but everything else outweighed that as we realised we had everything we need plus great service to ensure we had a great holiday. There is a main big pool area as well as a quieter pool which was great as it was right next to our room. Although our room was quite far, the fact that there was a much quieter pool there to relax and catch the sun more than made up for this. There were staff manning the pool as well as cleaning our room to a very high standard. There are sprinkles in the room which spray mosquito repellant when you have the AC on which was great if like me your a bit on the paranoid side of getting bitten. We left it on all day while we were out and the room was nice and cool when we came in. The weather around April/May time is just perfect. The hotel also provides free wifi which my husband loved, the bed was really comfy and the shower was great as well as there being a safe for your own use. The food was good, plenty of variety and the hotel is in a very good location - about a 10 minute walk from Naama Bay, 5 minutes from the Oriental Spa and Turkish Hamaam and also McDonalds. Staff were great although the guy on reception was a bit grumpy - he was called Yasser and I found him a bit rude but thats just my personal opinion. You feel secure as there are security guards 24/7. The access to the beach is through the Beach resort which is across the road so its not far although it does depend on what room you are in as ours was in the very last block by the top pool. Overall, brilliant hotel, would defo recommend and stay again. There are also spa facilities as a standard available and great scenery for pictures etc.

Visit to Sharm
The best hotel and the best staff .every person in the hotel was very accomodating,friendly and smiling to us,the best greetings i've ever seen. All of was had a great holiday and i really felt like i am at home. I amlooking forward to visit once again, by the way i went to visit several times in the resort.
