A Remote Oasis
This hotel is lovely, and it is very far away from any of the tourist sites of Cairo, a very long cab ride is required to visit anything. That being said, it is truly a peaceful oasis, an escape from the madness of Cairo. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. I did have a bad experience with the restaurant staff being incredibly rude, but that was the exception not the rule. Note that if you have chosen this hotel for the fitness center or the pool, the fitness center is open from 8AM - 10PM and the pool is open from 9AM to sunset - very limited access if you are traveling on business.

Stay away from the coffee!
Basically I find this hotel adequate, it is neither great nor terrible and it convenient for me so I keep coming back. I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions for 2-3 weeks at a time. So I kind of know the in¿¿¿s and out¿¿¿s now. The staff are always helpful but, I find that often when you ask for things to be done or for information either it takes a very long time or never happens, but they do show willingness to help and are generally very friendly. For example my phone in room did not work even after reporting it twice, after 2 weeks it was still not working. My biggest compliant however is the coffee at breakfast PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can your sort this out, it really is terrible for a 5 star hotel, and I think it is getting worse, each time i come back. Next the cost of the internet it is ridiculous, so now I pick up a Vodafone data simcard at the airport, which lasts a month and costs about the same as a day¿¿¿s internet in the hotel. Lastly what I call the hidden charges, I know about them now so they are expected, but a 12% service charge is added to everything, and I mean everything, even the phone calls and internet access! Now I don¿¿¿t mind if service is involved like in the bar or restaurant but, on phone calls and internet it is a bit much. That said I am sure I will be back.

Very Nice Hotel
One of the most nice hotels to stay in, very large rooms, very good staff and excellent management team. We enjoyed the pool, meals and the Shisha terrace at night. Thanks for their great support during my stay from 3rd to 5th of May 2013.

I have been staying in Hilton pyramids golf resort I recommend any one to come to this Resort because its very nice ,clean, safe and quiet hotel , the staff was very helpful and friendly , no hassle when i was their with my family &i feel like at home,

Good stay, not great
Everything about this hotel is just ok, with the exception of the service, which is overall quite good. Room was spacious, but just ok. No wifi in my room, which was adjacent to pool. Wired internet was a good speed, but expensive. No upgrade as a Silver HHonors members, even though the hotel was at 60% occupancy. Food quality at the Italian restaurant and through room service? Was ok. Quality of breakfast items? Was ok. Common areas? Ok. Bar or casino? No. Just an ok stay. I stayed here for business and this seemed to be the best option in October 6th city. May try somewhere else next time. Not really up to my other Hilton experiences or standards. Free bottles of water were not replenished daily, a must in Egypt, and pool closed at sunset.
