Noisy room on the groundfloor
We got a room on the groundfloor, paying just as much as for a regular room and for no reason.We couldn't sleep the whole night because of 1) porter chatting, 2) porter switching on some very noisy device and refusing to switch it off after us complaining (devise kept working from 2am to 3.30am), 3) noise from staff preparing breakfast in the morning.The rest was quite ok, but the main reason one goes to a hotel is to sleep and in this respect the experience was awful.

Great but noisy
Our room was really nice but it was next to the service room and we were awake by the maids at 8am each day.The room are small but this is enough. The design of the rooms is pleasant. We didn't test the breakfast.

Excellent hotel
Strong recommendation for this delightful, well appointed hotel. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was included in the rate and a good range of food was provided. Room was well furnished, clean and quite spacious. Easy and comfortable to work at the desk. The room had FREE WiFi internet and telephone calls to landlines within Europe from the room were also FREE. Great value - a must if needing a good hotel close to the La Defense area of Paris.

Solid 3 star Paris Hotel
Title says it all. Solid 3 star hotel, rooms are small but very clean, Bathromms VERY VERY small but again clea. Front desk staff very helpful and freindly. Breakfast (taken in the room as limited dining space) was good. Location good for La Defnse and easy access into Paris (20 mins from Gare Du Nord on the RER. A liitle expensive for what it offers.
