We had an early flight from Newcastle airport so stayed in the Britannia hotel over night and got 15 days parking in with the price.( only ¿¿24 ) more than airport Parking so we'll worth it and no early morning drive. The hotel is very nice comfortable and clean the staff are very friendly, we didn't have any food but had a few drinks in the lounge which were a reasonable price. The rooms are quite small but they have every thing you need for a one night stay.the airport is 5 minutes away on foot so easy to get to. or you can get a taxi at a small cost. We have just booked this hotel again for June so would recommend it good value for money

stayed overnight for one night while delivering a part to jet2.com engineers at newcastle airport.The hotel was clean and smart in appearance,buffet breakfast was nice and for what i paid will stay here again.

5 minutes walk from the airport check in desks
We stayed at the Britannia Hotel the night before flying. The cost of the hotel plus 7 days parking was very good value. The hotel room was clean and quiet if a little small. We had no space for our cases, but put them against the door when we settled down for the night, so no real problem. The evening meal deal was that if we spent ¿¿20 on food we got a free bottle of house wine. The food was good and the wine a bonus. The service was excellent. The walk to the terminal was a couple of minutes, no need for a taxi!The car was left where we parked it, so there was no need to leave car keys etc. When we returned it was a simple case of getting a new exit slip from the hotel reception.Would we use this hotel again? Definitely.

Ideal for airport
Stayed here for one night before early morning flight. The hotel could do with a bit of an update but is clean and ideal for the airport. Staff pleasent and food was reasonable. Already booked for September

Overnight stay
Stayed hear before our early morning flight to Alicante and left car as well for 15nights it was excellent and good value also. It is just a short walk to the Terminal and very very handy. We had a meal on the evening and a drink which was great. Second time I have stayed here and left my car would certainly recommend.
