Such lovely understanding staff
I recently travelled with my singing group to compete at the Sage in Newcastle There are 35 of us, We booked Jurys Inn as we have used the chain in other cities and have always enjoyed the experience. We arrived on the Friday evening and the hotel was in full swing with lively groups of hen and stag parties. On the Saturday evening after our competition we ventured back to the hotel for what we thought would be a quiet little drink in the bar to finish off the weekend. The bar was full of hens and stags in a very boisterous mood - not threatening in any way but very loud. We spoke to the manager who was on duty (unfortunately her name escapes me but she was delighgful) she was just handing over to the night shift manager Chris. We asked if it would be possible for us to have a room somewhere away from the noise for our party? They were so understanding and immediately showed us to a private room upstairs which was so perfect. I would like to thank the staff at Jurys for their understanding which ensured all guests were happy whether you were a stag, hen or middle aged singing group,We will be back,Karen Crumley on behalf of Viva Acappella

Enjoyable and effortless stay.
Got a good deal on the top. At late notice, though don't think I'd fancy paying their full published rate.Check in was quick and simple, the room fairly basic but spotless and a decent size with a good view towards the Metro Radio Arena. Only issue really was the size of the towels even for a smaller person the bath towels only just protect your modesty!Bar and restaurant looked pleasant but weren't used by me.

Friendly, pleasant stay
Triple rooms rather small, with a small double bed and single bed. WiFi was ¿¿5 for an hour or ¿¿10 for 24 hours... the website mentioned WiFi, but not that it was an extra cost. For some reason there wasn't enough hot water for 3 of us to have a hot shower in the morning. However, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food good at breakfast and for a pre-arranged group meal in the evening.

Great nights sleep and in a great location!
Me and a friend stayed here overnight around a month and a half ago and found the hotel great for the price we paid! We were very impressed with the overall appearance of the hotel having never stayed in one before and with breakfast included for 55 pounds you can't go wrong! Great hotel and cleanliness, would look for another jury inn when travelling again

Exceptional hotel
I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights last week for business and could not fault the place. The service was exceptional, staff were friendly and the food was good too. I will definitely be recommending and will stay again. Jurys Inn Newcastle is a credit to the brand and easily one of the best hotels in Newcastle.
