Amazing location with the wonderfull views. Great hotel with the best service. Food was so so so good and all the staff are brilliant. Great place to visit if you really want to relax and be pampered. The spa is a must do! Restuatant and Bars are all great. Drink bars by the beach are all wonderful.Town is very close however Dubai is approx 1.5 hour drive. But taxis are readily available. Ras Al Khaimah town is very nice too, with good shops and places to eat and visit.

Having visited Dubai several times we decided to opt for staying outside Dubai for a change. This hotel was rated highly on the Virgin Holidays website. From the moment we arrived it was relaxing. The hotel itself is fantastic. Loads of space on the beach and round the pool for sunbathing, plenty of bars and restaurants and a great spa. The rooms are lovely too. We upgraded to a sea view room which was great. Very relaxing to lie inbred listening to the sea. This hotel offers all inclusive which we did and we were not disappointed. The choice of alcoholic drinks was great unlike some all inclusive holidays where the drinks on offer are not that great. The food was great with lots of choice. The main restaurant is buffet style but the theme changes every evening. The only one negative comment is because it is popular with families there were a lot of families with very small children in the restaurant in the evening even at 8 and 9 pm. With children crying etc at that time if the evening when you are trying to enjoy dinner was difficult on a number of occasions. If the hotel could have a set time period for children to have dinner for example no small children or babies after 8pm that would be great. Other than that it was a wonderful holiday. We enjoyed it so much that we will be going back again, I would definitely recommend this hotel. If you want a luxurious, relaxing holiday this is the place to go.

Despite the hotel being busy the service was excellent the reception have us towel cards to enjoy the beach and pool since our room wasn't ready we had arrived a few hours early. Room was clean and the wine and strawberries I pre ordered on line were waiting. Great location and the buffet breakfast was extensive and well kept up with the number of guests. I highly recommend this hotel for families or couples looking for a nice getaway.

We had a restful 3D2N stay at this hotel. Love the child friendly features of the resort such as the pools and playground. With an active 3 year old in tow, we were pleased to see the bed frame in our deluxe room childproofed. I believed this maybe a standard feature across all the rooms. The facilities were top class but the service is albeit lacking in intuition. Upon checking in, we wanted o grab a bite at the restaurant (where the buffet breakfast is served). We were not greeted by any staff, therefore we just walked straight in and requested for a table with ala carte menu as the buffet lunch was ending. When we were finally shown our table, the staff did not give us a menu till we requested for it again. In contrast, we had a great dinner at the Brazilian restaurant with wonderful service crew. Throughout the 3 days, the service level was not consistent. One moment, i could not find a staff at the lobby cafe, and the next moment, our family had a polite buggy driver. Therefore, I presumed this was a case of a lack in consistent service quality.

Sehr geehrte Besucher dieser Homepage und flei¿¿ige Bewertungsleser.Ich habe im April das Resort zum zweiten Mal besucht und bin wie Weihnachten wieder sehr positiv ¿¿berrascht worden. Der Kontakt mit Guest Relation, hier insbesondere Martin Servan der meine W¿¿nsche bis aufs letzte Erf¿¿llen konnte, war im Vorfeld meiner Anreise, w¿¿hrend meines Aufenthaltes und auch bei der Abreise stets perfekt Hier zu nennen ist das Upgrade in eine Junior Suite Villa auf Grund meinen HHonors Goldstatus.Bei der Ankunft am fr¿¿hen Morgen wurde ich durch die nette und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin Mila eingecheckt. Meine Suite war noch nicht bereit, daher wurde mir ein kostenloses Fr¿¿hst¿¿ck angeboten, welches ich nat¿¿rlich sofort testete. Das Fr¿¿hst¿¿ck im Maarid Restaurant war reich gef¿¿llt und sobald etwas leer wurde, dauerte es nicht lange bis es wieder aufgef¿¿llt wurde.Nach dem reichhaltigen Fr¿¿hst¿¿ck war auch gegen 10 Uhr meine Junior Suite bereit seinen Gast zu empfangen. Concierge brachte mich und mein Gep¿¿ck mit dem hoteleigenen Buggy zu meiner Suite. Die Tage zogen ins Land, der Strand war sehr gepflegt, hier m¿¿chte ich besonders den Life Guard LAXMAN hervorheben, welcher immer schaute ob gen¿¿gend Liegen und Handt¿¿cher bereit lagen. Auch war er immer f¿¿r einen Scherz gut;)Desweiteren m¿¿chte ich hier nochmals Mila erw¿¿hnen, welche mir eine Standleitung f¿¿r das Internet f¿¿r mein iPhone anbot. Somit musste ich nicht jeden Tag eine neue Code Karte holen, sondern wurde mit dem Anbieter DOTCOMO verbunden, wo mir ein Mitarbeiter die Einstellungen erkl¿¿rte. Dies funktionierte alles wunderbar, sobald mein Handy und ich in die Lobby kamen hatten wir Internet.Housekeeping machte einen hervorragenden Job, die Zimmer waren gro¿¿ und sauber. Auch wurden jeden Tag neue Dusch Utensilien bereit gestellt.In Magic (Telefon Operator f¿¿r W¿¿nsche) waren alle Mitarbeiter stets freundlich und konnten sofort Auskunft erteilen.Wenn einen der kleine Hunger oder Durst packte, konnte man ohne Probleme bei ROOM Service anrufen und die Speisen und Getr¿¿nke bestellen. My Suite was not directly ready, consequently I was offered a free breakfast which I immediately tried. The breakfast in Maarid restaurant was filled rich and as soon as something got empty it was directly refilled.After a comprehensive breakfast, my Junior Suite was ready to receive his guest at around 10am. Concierge took me and my luggage to my Suite with the hotel own buggy. The days went by, the beach was very well maintained, and here I would like to highlight the Lifeguard Laxman, who always looked whether there are enough sun beds and towels provided. Also, he was always good for a joke;)Furthermore, I would like to mention again Mila, who arranged a connection to the Internet for my Iphone for the whole stay. This meant, I did not have to get a new code card every day, but was related to the provider DOCOMO, where an employee explained me the settings. This worked just fine, since as soon as my phone and I walked into the lobby we had internet.Housekeeping did an excellent job, the rooms were large and clean. Every day new shower utensils were provided.Magic staff (telephone operator wishes) was always friendly and able to immediately
