Cannot praise highly enough!
Beautiful faux Spanish town-like complex. Immaculate grounds, lovely pool, choice of three restaurants and small shop for essentials. We stayed in one of the studios which are really high spec. Very spacious( we were a couple with a five year old boy) and the decor is chic/modern, we thought similar to a modern 4 star hotel. The cleaning staff offered to clean/change towels/linen every three/four days and there were plenty of towels. The beds were extremely comfy and there were plenty of pillows! Car recommended for shopping and to drive to beach to El Campello, as the beaches around the complex a just stones, but El Campello only 15 mins drive.

Out in the sticks, ants in the room, vile food. Little English spoke here !!
I stayed here recently with 3 other friends & was extremely disappointed thank god it was only for 2 nights!! There were only a handful of very pleasant members of staff - a young Spanish lady who worked in the shop, a lady on reception and a gentleman who seemed lovely - think he was the restaurant manager only saw him once one evening. & the men driving the golf carts. The rest of the staff were pretty rude and the guy on reception was just arrogant. The rooms were ok, 4 of us in a room which was pretty dark but nice & cool. There is a safe too which is great & no charge to use it. We had ants in our room as well - on the 2nd floor !! The pool area is nice and clean. The area is so hilly my calves are the size of tree trunks.The food in the little cafe near the pool is vile !! The breakfast was poor, especially for 8 euros. We asked for a menu to be refused by an arrogant waiter who even when we attempted to speak Spanish looked down his nose at us as if we were the lowest form of mankind. We had a cheese and ham toasty which had hair in & raw chips. Unfortunately there is nothing with walking distance so you are abit stuck if you don't have a car. Taxis are a rip off - they charge you for travelling to collect you. Alicante - 35Benidorm - 42 airport - 42 ish. Personally I wouldn't stay here again if someone paid me and if you don't speak fluent Spanish, or have a car, stay well away from here !!

Great studios and apartments
I had a very enjoyable stay in front of the holiday season - in March 2013. Peace and quiet and a beautiful view from the windows. The most captivated me breakfast and dinner on the sunny balcony. Very friendly service, both reception and cleaning service.The buildings form an independent village, with 3 restaurants, a shop and a spa. Within the hotel's swimming pool, ping-pong tables and parking facilities pay an additional 5 Euro per day.The studios are very clean and well equipped.It was a very enjoyable stay and would like to use the hotel again.

Pueblo apartments
These apartments are first rate. Our bedroom was extremely spacious, much larger than a standard hotel room. We had a luxury bathroom and one kitchen/diner. this room was a little on the small side when the sofa bed was opened out, but I can't say that this spoilt our stay in any way whatsoever. The kitchen appliances worked well and the crockery/pans etc were adequate for preparing basic meals. The best feature of the apartment, however, was the balcony which overlooked the mediterranean. Fabulous!The staff here are another big positive, in particular the restaurant manager and the girl working in the site shop. The reception staff were not always top notch, as they often seemed in a hurry to get away! The complex itself is pretty, well designed and well sited. I would happily stay here again.

Awesome!
The hotel area is like a little village. It's all very charming and pretty. There are only two flaws for us: the internet connection is quite slow, and there is approximately 1 kms to the nearest convenience store. 1 kms up the mountains... We'll manage, those are just minor flaws. :-)The service is superb, we get new sheets and towels every third day and the staff is very helpful with information about the area, surroundings and communications. We can't do anything other than to recommend you all to go here. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
