I was travelling with 'on the go' tours and this hotel was where our tour ended.The hotel is well located and is a 10 minute drive (in minimal traffic) to the Pyrmaids. The big 3.The hotel is quite big. The facilites offered are very good and as a tourist you dont really need to go anywhere else to get the basics. The pool is really big and clean. The gym and sauna is good. There are a few restaurants and shops in the complex, including a bank and an ATM. The staff are all fantastic. The check in staff, the secuirty and even the man mowing the lawn outside my room! All very friendly and welcoming. I was in room 502 for 2 nights. The king bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and very soft. The bathroom is of a good size but the shower head needs replacing. It leaks. The dealt bolt on the door wont click through either. The room is spacious and airy with a nice back porch. In room tea and coffee facilites are good as well.The walls feel thin. I could hear all of the conversations people were having out in corridoors. It was quite loud. Either they were loud and happy or the walls are far too thin. Maybe both!The breakfast was not so great. There was a good variety but the quality of the product was average. Given that the product was fresh, maybe it was a bad day for it when I had breakfast there. The staff again, as usual were great.There are no weighing scales in the bathroom. This is an issue for me. Why? I use it to weigh my bags! Excess baggage at check in is a B#$! BUT when I spoke with Sherif Shabaan - the chief concierge - he was fantastic. He sent a bell hop to my room and I followed him to the 'staff only' area behind the hotel to their warehouse loading bay where we used their industrial scales! My bag was definitely over by 3 kilos = $USD 54. The hotel and Sherif saved me a nice meal out with drinks!!All in all my stay here was pleasant. A good location, great staff, spacious rooms and good facilites.

We stayed at the resort for six nights - seven days. the resort.s structure is old style, but it is what it needs to be like in Giza Area.Grand swimming pool with free towels (= clean and good enough !The breakfast is very colorfull you can find anything you want.The `guest relations ` are perfect, you can never feel like an alien in Egypt even when you want to go sightseeing, there is always someone to guide you, and help you protect yourself from the ` badboys ` as they say .Reception desk, bellboys, housekeepers and almost the rest of the stuff are so friendly, helpfull, and so kind to their guests.The only negativity about the resort is ` internet `. There is wifi connection provided to the rooms and all the area, but its not for free.Mr. Shariff , the guest relations manager or so, he`s an excellent guide for your trips and during your stays at the resort.Though its kind of far from the center of Cairo, its close to the pyramids area, and you can use taxi for very good prices to anywhere you like, such as the airport and also the other places for sightseeing, they usualy use the highway, so you can gain time.I recommend everyone, who likes to visit Egypt, to spend their times at this beautiful resort for what it takes ( =We had a very very lovely time, indeed !!!

Old style resort, the entire structure should be renewed. Nice pool, friendly employees. The structure was under maintenance, with workers painting walls in Egyptian style: half of the paint on the wall, half on the ground ;)No free internet is available: you need to pay, and it's quite expensive!

We have been here for one night and day and has found the rooms are very spacious and the entire resort is very attractive.While we were waiting to leave for the airport your staff and especially Sherif the floor manager or assistant was most helpfull and informative and went out of his way to make us comfortable,we would recommend your hotel with pleasure

it was our first anniversary and i would like to make a surprise to my husband and they really helped me alot and even more than i thought i would like to thank all the hotel stuff speacially Nehal Abdallah (Guest Relations Dep. and the service was very good
