Continues to impress

For the past 7 years, 3 times a year i am always impressed with the hotel from the time you enter registration where there is always a friendly greeting and accommodate you with your room request. You are greeted by security before entering the elevator and housekeeping if they are present. The friendly staff on the casino floor is always ready to serve you, from slot attendants to cocktail servers. The hotel will impress first time visitors (and returning) with the bowling and movies available on the premises. There is a food court for late night guests and other restaurants to please all types of dining, besides the very nice buffet. The Orleans offers some of the best promotions with the B Connected Player card. The Youngat Heart where you will receive 2 for 1 buffet, entries into special drawings and extra points onslot play. Everything at the hotel is easy, from parking, room access, casino layout, and there isa shuttle for the Gold Coast and Bally's. The rooms are spacious with a seating area. The slot attendants are there continuously to help with any problems or questions about themachines. In particular attendants Brenda and Nellie are very accommodating.I always bring friends or relatives and they have the same comment, we will be returning to theOrleans.

Excellent Hotel

This was my first time staying at The Orleans Hotel & Casino and I would definitely stay there in my future visits to Las Vegas. The room I had was on the 10th floor overlooking the pool area with the mountains in the background. The elevators were very prompt and I did not have to wait more than a minute for the elevator to arrive. The room itself was excellent...very spacious and the decor was absolutely wonderful. I especially like the fact that the room had a safe whereby I could keep my personal property/electronics. The staff was excellent...from the front desk to the maids who were always polite and smiling, the gift shop personnel and the floor staff always were very helpful. I especially liked the fact that the gift shop carried the items I was looking for as gifts to bring home and at the same price I paid a year ago at another gift shop in one of the casinos. The shuttle service to the Strip was great and glad that The Orleans provides this service. I only wish they provided shuttle service to the airport as well. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Vegas.

Good off strip casino

Good Casino. I was here for a confrence. Restaurants are average to decent but only entertain for a couple of days. After day 3 you will be wanting to gamble/drink/eat else where. Overall I enjoyed this place for being off strip.

Not my first stay

I have stayed at the Orleans many times and will continue to return. They make you feel welcomed and do what ever is necessary to make your stay great. The rooms are all large with 2 queen beds and in room coffee. I will be back in Oct. and am looking forward to another good time.

Great hotel

Was my first time in Vegas so nothing to compare The Orleans with but very impressed. from the moment we checked in we were made to feel very welcome. All the staff extremely helpful and polite. The room was huge and very clean. Although not ultra modern, had everything we needed. after a week there it felt like home. If i ever go back to Vegas again will stay at The Orleans again. Slightly cheaper staying here as its off the main strip but there is a free shuttle bus to transfer you to and from.
