Worthy of a 5 star rating.
Can't get a better bargain at JFK airport. Staff were friendly courteous and efficient. The shuttle to the the airport was on time. When we returned from our trip, we called the hotel and the shuttle was there in 5 minutes to pick us up.

Good Airport hotel
Had a great stay. I have stayed here before and didnot have good experience. It looks like lot of effort and $ have been put and Hotel looks better and service improved. Shuttle to Airport was great and desk pepole were very professional,

Oh my god!!
My 12 year old daughter had food poisoning for two days after having a hamburger at this hotel. The valet service for park and fly was awful, not helpful, no luggage handling, watched me struggle to get the bags out of my car. Unbelievable! Dark and miserable lobby environment.

Park and Fly and Dine
Great value for the money, to be able to park for a week, sleep in a clean and well-furnished room, catch the free shuttle, and do so with minimal hassle. Because we had a morning flight, we opted to do the 3 hour drive from our home to JFK, rather than leave in the wee hours. Leaving the car at the hotel gave us a good night's sleep, and the knowledge that the car would be in one piece when we returned from our travels. The not-so-great part of the experience was the hotel dining room. It lacked pretty much everything. Slim-to-no ambiance, poorly trained waitstaff, mediocre food, and high prices. So if you're going there, it would probably be a good idea to eat first, then check in. We didn't try breakfast, but there was coffee in the room that got us through to the airport. All in all a good value for the money. Just don't eat there.

Nice hotel, but pricey
We missed our flight and needed a place to stay until we could get on the next plane the following day. The shuttle service was convienent and they let us check out late since our plane was not scheduled to leave until the afternoon. My only complaint is that for what we paid the little problems should not have been there. Why is it so difficult to have a drain in the bathroom that drains? Or a sealed window, so we can't constantly hear the wind rushing by the building.
