Great stay
The room was very nice, the hotel was close to transit including the BART line that can take you to he airport. Every hotel staff member I talked to was very courteous. Recommended and I would stay here again.

*****just perfect******
This hotel is just perfect. Nice, remodeled rooms. Awesome, friendly staff. Operation seems seemless . The lemon drop at the bar was yummy and the hot breakfast buffet is worth the price. The only negative is the parking price of almost $60 per night, but that is the going rate in SF.

Expensive hotel
This hotel is expensive. Average price per night is over $250. Their parking is extremely expensive - $54 for self park and $59 for valet parking. Huge hotel with over 2000 rooms. Front desk receptionist is efficient and nice. Lots of security guard around the hotel, and make you feel a bit nervous (may be due to the downtown area). Wifi cost your $12.99 per night. Parking around the area is between $35- 40 per day. Well, I will not stay in this area again and everything is so costly!We paid for King Bed, but they are out of room and could only offer me the Double bed (not even Queen) as there was a large conference group stayed in the hotel as well.

Noisy location
We spent three nights at this hotel. It was very large, very clean.impressive cream marble lobby. Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable. There was a Starbucks in the lobby (that closed after early dinner.)Our single complaint is the location...as this was in the heart of the city it was noisy. All night long, very night we heard fire engines,and police car sirens.The concierge was wonderful! Advised us where to eat, and even called the restaurant ahead to get us a table. Told us about things to see and how to get there.Be aware that they have a great service...for a flat $40 they take you to the airport! We did not know about this until we were outside with our suitcases in hand, and ready to catch a cab!

great location, great service, good internet speed, smoking rooms available
Hotel located a few blocks away from the main shopping centre, (Macy's etc.). Valet parking staff very prompt and courteus. Bit of a trek between car parking area and reception. Massive reception area which is well staffed. Check in prompt. Smoking floor could do with a refurbishment but rooms are a good size. Ice machines not on every floor. Check out is prompt but could do with enforcing the HHonors Gold/ Platinum lanes. Internet is a good speed (12MB/s).
