Just home from a fantastic weekend at this WONDERFUL Cherrybank Guest House.The owners Maggie and Robert greeted us like long lost friends, made us feel at home as soon as we walked in the door.Our room was beautiful, very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the guest lounge was very comfortable and created a very homely atmosphere.Breakfast has a fantastic choice from fresh fruit to yoghurts to full english, which was all cooked to your specification.We didn't l;eave the breakfast table hungry.They both went out of their was to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, recomending local resturants and bars, also supplying us with a street plan of Perth's town centre.We will be returning very soon, we will highly recommend this wonderful guest hoiuse to friends and family.It was lovely to see a Guest house that is BIKER FRIENDLY.

The freindly and helpful way the phone was answered when I booked my room should have tipped me off, I was not disappointed. Such genuinely interested and interesting hosts who could not have been more helpful to me. I have stayed at Cherrybank 3 times now and each time in a different room. Comfortable, quiet, clean, facilities exceptional and nothing too much trouble. I had a very early start on one of my visits and was given every support to get a decent breakfast before I left without me waking the whole house up. My last visit was in April 2013 and I really felt for Maggie and Robert, they had been flooded when away for a short weekend and the repair work was well underway. But, the way they managed to work around the chaos in their own living quarters and still provide superb breakfast and as usual, helpful and friendly support to me.I was looking at some of the pictures in the Guest House and Maggie provided a very interesting explanation as to how they came to be chosen. I have taken some of the ideas back to my own house.The food is superb and although I do not take a cooked breakfast, I did have poached eggs on my last visit and Robert, I have to say, is one mean poached egg chef. Fresh fruit, much variety, quality yoghurt, choice of breads and drinks, fruit juice (again good quality not el- cheapo as is so often the case) and no piped music.. bliss!I can happily recommend and have indeed done so and put business cards in NHS Highland staff canteen and NHS Grampian also. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would like to express my sincere thanks to Maggie and Robert via this open forum. Thank you guys... I WILL be back!

We have just came back from Cherrybank Guest house, the hosts Maggie and Robert, make you feel so at home, our room was lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for them. When we were in the lounge Maggie was offering us tea, when other guests were going into town Maggie or Robert would drive them in, to save them getting a taxi. Breakfast is a choice of a wide range of cereals, various fruit juices and fresh fruit or a cooked breakfast or both. A very relaxing break in perth, and cannot wait to return to Cherrybank Guest House.

Just back from a lovely chill out xmas day stay at this wonderfull Guest House, five minutes from the moterway and within walking distance of Perth Town Centre you are ensured a warm welcome from your host's Maggie & Robert who have won the AA best hosts award 2010/2011. Maggie & Robert just go that wee bit further with everything which makes you feel like they have known you all of your life, the house was originally Cherrybank Farm and dates back to 1738 and the original working well still sits in the back courtyard, it has a wonderfull friendly feel to it and the walkway that winds through the raised garden is well worth a visit. We were in room 5 which was spacious and well presented with fantastic attention to every detail En Suite, the room had French Doors leading straight out onto the garden area. Breakfast was a blast with everything you would expect and a bit more, we left this Guest House after just one night's stay feeling like we had just visited family or best friends cannot praise this couple enough. If I were to sum up Cherrybank in one word then let me think !! Got it "Quality"

Once again my stay at Cherrybank was like home from home. Well appointed and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and most importantly a very warm welcome. Ideal for business trips or with the family. Thoroughly recommended and my first choice when I'm back in Perth.
