On our arrival we were given a room with a broken lock and could not secure door, second room had only one bed while our reservation was for 2 beds, and the third room was still occupied! When I requested to check out and find another hotel, I was told that a refund was not going to happen because they had other rooms we could try! I was not going to stay in a hotel that gave out keys to an already occupied room!!! Unsafe, dirty and they could not pay me to stay here!

The guy at the desk was unfriendly. Did not have adequate staff to assist with checkout, had to wait over 30 mins before received assistance. Room had no remote for TV. I could go on and on.

It was a good price and the room was clean. the staff was friendly i would stay there again. The food was good they had hot/cold food like eggs, bacon, bagels, muffins, ceral, waffles. They just need a bigger space area. They did have seats and tables outside but the seats where still very limited.

First off we book this hotel threw Expedia. It was paid for in full. We were guaranteed a smoking room. when we tried to check in we were told our room wouldn't be ready for another hour. So my mother, my daughter, and myself were going to Disney World that day so my brother was going to take us and wait to check in. When he did so he realized we were put in a non smoking room after he brought everything into the room AFTER WAITING 3 HOURS. I ended up having to call FROM DISNEY WORLD and try and change it. The person Sarah I talked to was very rude. She told me there was nothing she could do. That because we booked threw Expedia that not only were we NOT guaranteed a room but were not guaranteed a smoking room. At this point I was livid. And demanded to speak to the manager. She claimed that there was NO manager to speak with. I then told her I wanted to speak to someone above her. She proceeded to tell me that there was NO ONE else to speak to other than her. That she was running the entire hotel ALONE. This was a big surprise seeing as how it was spring break and I doubted very seriously that one person was running a 300 room hotel alone. After my mother called she talked to someone else and got our room switched. If this wasn't bad enough our last night there we got in from Disney very late and we went to pull the sheets back to lay my 2 year old daughter and low and behold we had a little visitor. A COCKROACH in our bed!!! I was smart enough to trap to show the person at the desk and get my money back. So my mother and I went down to talk to him, he had a couple checking in and another lady there we waited till they were gone and explained the situation. He laughed and smiled the entire time as if this was funny to him. Said he couldn't do ANYTHING!!! He couldn't even move our room. We had to wait and speak to the manager but told us to and I am not remotely joking, "Save the roach to show the manager in the morning." Are you kidding me??? Who really asks that? There were no words to describe how upsetting that was. So all we could do was wait it out. I even tried calling cooperate. It did absolutely NO GOOD. They told me all they could do was file a claim. Are you kidding me?? You have a bug infestation and that's what you tell someone with a baby in your hotel?? We talked to the manager the next morning and he gave us our money back for only 1 night. I feel as though we should of gotten it all back seeing as how there were multiple issues and the way we were treated so badly. Don't even think about using the pool either. It was disgusting. My brother even tried to clean it out himself but said it was too bad and the water was slimy. Also the floors are filthy. My daughter was walking around barefoot after her shower and by the time she walked from the bathroom to the bed to get dressed her feet were BLACK!! The beds were so worn that they bowed in the middle and they were lumpy. Bad nights sleep. Do not stay here. It will put a huge damper on your vacation.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The carpet was severely stained as well as the walls. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable which made for a restless nights sleep. This hotel is desperately in need of renovation. We won't book there again.
