we recently stayed at craig holm with 2 friends for an overnight in ayr the rooms were beautiful and very clean and modern with a beautiful sea view. its very central for a night out, magdalena made us very welcome and served a first class cooked breaky in the morning we will definitely return . thank you magdelena :)

Lovely B and B and Hostess
I have stayed at the Craig Holm Guest house a number of times over the last 18months when working in Ayr. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is prepared to your specific requirements and served downstairs in a pleasant dining room. The warm welcome from Magdalena and the effort she goes to, to ensure you have everything you need for your stay cannot be faulted. She is an excellent hostess and really makes this B and B a lovely place to stay.

Greeted with a Smile
When we were shown to our room, our first impressions were that it was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with soft furnishings and our bed was SO comfy. The dining faciliies were adequate and the warm welcoming smile and hot full breakfast provided by Magada was fantastic. Without this lovely lady, this guest house would not be what it is from the initial booking call to the friendliness, cleaning, cooking and more! Some feedback that would make thier guest house a run for its money compared to their competitors nearby which are running at the same tariff. The outside does not do it justice and could do with some TLC. The en suite shower rooms need to be upgraded and modernised as they are small and cranky and if the towels were all fluffed up, that would just finish it off. The rooms needs freshing up and painted. No dogs in the kitchen area! Craig Holm is situated in an excellent location, only meters from the sea front and only a 5min walk to the town centre . We would properly stay here again. Although if Magada goes we would have to seriously rethink...

Our stay at craig holm guest house was very pleasant. We were very happy with the room and service. The breakfast was amazing, the best breakfast we'v had in a long time. the location of the house is perfect, close to the beach and the attractions. We were also happy with the price and thought we were definitely getting a good service for our money. We would definitely spend our time there once again.
