Excellent Service
I stayed here for a convention in May 2013 and had a wonderful time. The lobby and the rooms are attractive and spotlessly clean. The staff were professional and helpful. I was on the concierge floor and enjoyed the plentiful breakfast and evening snacks. There is a snack/coffee shop, restaurant and bar that was hopping at night. All in all, a great experience. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in town!

Another great stay!
We made two separate stays during short USA holiday tour of Florida and Virginia two weeks ago. We have stayed several times before and have never been disappointed.This stay was no different, the rooms again were clean with crisp fresh linens and we love the Hilton signature Serenity beds (wish we could get them in the UK) Only criticism, cutback in toiletries- see Hilton, we have noticed ;-) ...but as ever the fantastically helpful front desk staff were more than happy to 'fill in the gaps' with our requirements.Ideal location near I4 and walkable to Altamonte Mall with its surrounding restaurants(cocktails!-no driving required) and nearby picture house. Or use the friendly front of house team and the courtesy bus.Our young 6 year old daughter loves staying here and uses the pool. My wife loves the well equipped gym.

Convention stay
The room was nice, the front desk ladies were wonderful, but at our convention we understand that one of our speakers were stolen from a banquet room.The door was locked with the only entry being in/out through staff location. Police said due to no cameras in banquet room they could do nothing. Hotel provided no assistance either...On a better note, the food at the banquet was good this year.

Great Service
The entire team at the Front Desk.....Phi & Stephanie to name a couple, Steve the Bellman and Kelvin make me feel like I am home and part of the family!!. The Concierge Team of Demi at night and Yolanda in the morning really are inviting and warm! Last but not least.....Alice and Dani in the U Bar are awesome!!!Not only do they all deserve a raise, but so does the person who hired them!!! Creating a positive culture is so important in business today and the Team here all Fabulous!!!
