superb stay!!!
The apartment was fantastic - a great alternative to staying in a hotel room. Everything was clean and also very quiet. The metro was a 5 minute walk away and the nearest shopping mall the same. I would certainly stay again. Moreover the staff at the reception was very very helpful and friendly always at our service .

DO NOT STAY HERE
Day staff here are as good as they come but the night shift are just plain rude and run the hotel like a prison camp, They are insulting and will scream across the reception area and corridors at residents for id and status and have absolutely no service mentality. If you value your dignity and self respect DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to be treated like a moron.

DO NOT BOOK!
5th floor 3 bedroom apartment for 5 guys - spacious & bearable yet far from luxurious. Rooms are very old and dated & particular reception staff are extremely rude and do not know the meaning of customer service. Our rooms were only cleaned on a daily basis due to the fact we had to complain everyday just to receive fresh towels! Save your money and stay away from this apartment. The professional pictures taken of their hotel are deceiving!

An overall poor experience!!
My first time in Dubai and I was very much looking forward to staying in a nice apartment with great service, this I can assure you will not be the case when staying at the grand Midwest apartments. The apartment was of a good size and although he furniture was very dated, it was sufficient for the room however I don't think i have ever had such poor service from a hotel in my life. This isn't reflective amongst all of the staff as there were certain individuals who attempted to make our stay pleasant, however overall I felt this was a poor hotel experience and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Dubai anytime soon.

Hotel Apartment Rating
The experience was not good. The room given to us was not suiting to our requirement despite hotel had full information of guest. The hotel authorities were not willing to help at all. Avoid this hotel apartment.
