Fantastic Stay!
This was my second stay here. Once again I loved it. The location is fantastic in terms of getting around. Right next to train station to reach further parts of Berlin. 10-15 min walk to much of the cool tourist attractions. Just a 2 min walk across the river there is a row of great restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful (both front desk and bar). I stayed in the suite this time, the room was spacious and the entire hotel is immaculately clean. It is a bit challenging to find at first, as you need to head down an alley to get to the entrance, but its not too bad. The train station is next door, but you can't hear them with the windows closed. Full disclosure, I was upgraded to a suite, so that never hurts a review. :) Definitely, stay there again.

Brilliant hotel
This is a simply wonderful hotel. Modern, plush, clean, silent and thoughtfully constructed. Rooms are spacious and overlook a glass atrium. There is a live pianist who plays outside the breakfast hall in morning hours. Receptionists and concierge are polite and adequately helpful (in a typically understated German way). The hotel is conveniently located at the foot of the Friedrichstrasse train station and has convenience stores and multiple restaurants all within walking distance.

Great Value!
It is my second experience in Eurostars and my first in Berlin, 11-16/05/13. My first was in Lisbon and I do confirm that both were of a great value. I love staying in luxurious hotels - depending on the purpose of my visit - but in some cities it is not a demand as you will be more outside than enjoying the property itself. But when you arrive from a long day tour, of course, you want a comfortable/clean room and bathroom and, at least, a nice lobby/restaurant to have a meal or a drink. Okay, Eurostar in Berlin has it all. Clean, modern and very nice design with a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast, lobby bar and restaurant are very good and staff is very attentive. Location is perfect. You can walk most of the interesting sites and the hotel is just on the side of the train station. You find everything nearby: eateries, restaurants, museums, theaters, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and even the lovely green park is nearby to relax or exercise. Location is perfect. Enjoy your stay in Berlin!

Extended Weekend Stay
My family and I ...total of 5 with three children really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean and most of all accommodating. Although the hotel is located next to a train station, you never hear them. I had an outside room facing the other building (view not the greatest) but the inside and amenities made up for it. The pool and sauna was great for my oldest boys. It was too deep for my daughter but she enjoyed the horse play with her brothers. There are no other children activities in the hotel or near that we found. According to my family the breakfast was excellent. We didn't eat any other meal in the hotel. The staff there was AWESOME!! Language was not a barrier. They were all willing to help with everything. You could not ask for a better location. Everything is literally a 15 minute walk and there is a Starbucks right around the corner! The only drawback is there are no family rooms or connecting rooms to be "with" your entire family. I had to go back in and out of the room to check on our children...hence them doing the same. I hope we didn't annoy our neighbors too much with the continuous door slamming. Oh and parking is very expensive but at least there is designating parking. However, I would definitely go back.

Good but not 5star
We stayed in Eurostars for 3 nights. As price was lower than other 5 star hotels it was to expect that standard won't be on the same level, so we were not surprised. Rooms are clean with contemporary design and decent size. Hotel looks like it was recently refurbished and as they rushed to get it open. It is centrally located and basically on train station which might be good but you can still hear trains (it was not a problem for us). Staff was very friendly and helpful!
