Not good even for a night, the bathrooms are incredible small, some rooms have the worst beds ever, you can feel the mattress springs, you cannot move a muscle that it seems the bed is falling apart and also not to mention tht you can hear out loud everything from the room next to you (everything). The staff is unfriendly and they have this attitude of "I don't care". Location is good but I'd rather pay more to stay in a decent room with a decent service. I've have stayed in several hotels in London and this was the most horrendous one ever.

I was in the Pembury a year ago, after reading very bad reviews about it.It is really a good option if you are travelling to London and want a well located hotel, with a huge park right in front and good communication with the city center.It's my first option when I travel to London again.

I was sceptical when I arrived, because I read some pretty horrible reviews, but this hotel was so lovely and wonderful I want to set the record straight too! 5 minutes away from Finsbury Park tube station (which itself is only about 5/10 mins away from kings cross), the hotel was modern, including my room and bathroom. The room was small, but hotel rooms in London are notoriously small so that wasn't surprising. The staff were very friendly and helpful - I asked for an extra pillow when I arrived and had one delivered to my room within 10 minutes. Honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel and I stayed here for 4 nights, so don't believe everything you read!

I don't feel that I got what I paid for. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived at our room late in the evening and when we mensioned it the next day, the receptionist got anoyed and raised her voice at us. She didn't believe us and unspoken said that we messed it up ourselves. Our room was facing the street and the noice was extremely heavy both day and night. The breakfeast was the most disapointing one I have EVER had, nothing but toast. The hotels webside said it was renovated in 2012 but I could not see that beside some fancy furniture. Our ventilator in the bathroom didn't work, we had the smallest zink in the world wich were full of calcium and out of a showerhead with 144 holes only 12 worked. Beside that our beds were in a desperate need of top madresses, we could feel the springs like the prinsess and the pea. My bedst advice would be to spent your money on another hotel.

good location,very close to undergroun,an easy reach from heathrow airport with piccadily line .clean room was spottless and bed comfortable and warm.the staff were excelent..very friently and helpful,( i needed some information of where about, )breakfast was a bit poor...i would like bit more of pastry....but the breakfast place was open till late like bistro so it was good cause i arrived late and i found something to eat.highly recomended
