Comprehensive
This was my first stay at this property. The staff was perfect before and during my trip. They provided the best recommendation on transportation from O'Hara Airport. (I needed this so badly as I was traveling alone). Rooms were very clean.Very business friendly. I had my own Wi-Fi but would strongly recommend that the hotel add this an amenity at no additional cost..

Basic hotel
A very basic atrium type hotel. Not a lot of shops or restaurants in walking distance, just okay room service menu.The room was spacious, with two rooms and a wet bar, refrigerator and mini bar. An okay stay for business travel.

Pleasant stay
I have stayed here two times, and both were great stays. Very pleasant staff and extremely clean rooms. One of the times our microwave didn't work, and I called down to the front desk. About 15 minutes later a staff member brought up a brand new microwave out of the box. The breakfast situation was a little confusing. They have servers but it's really a help yourself setup. Not a big deal, just was confusing when it wasn't explained by the servers standing around. Would stay again if we weren't living in the area now.

the best western in country side was better
the rooms were clean and much more than i had expected being paid for by the company i work for but as for comfort it was not high on the list. the furniture in the sitting room felt like it had a covering on it so that if something was spilled you could just wipe it off and was just to firm to be comfortable on. the beds were like regular inner spring mattresses and much to firm for me. i woke 3 times during the night and in the am with a sore back. also when i took a shower i got out and found the floor covered in water as the shower door did not have a good seal on it and had to use most of my provided towels to clean it up. hope i dont have to stay here again

Great Hotel! Close to shopping, train station, and Frank Lloyd Wright tours! Great breakfast and pool for kids!
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a "girls' trip". We had 2 double beds, a couch, a refrig and a microwave. We paid a little bit extra to have breakfast each morning! Great way to start the day - breakfast included an omelette made to order! The pool was small, but we still enjoyed it each night. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Oak Park. We would drive to Oak Park each morning, park in Oak Park and then take the CTA to Chicago. We also took the Frank Lloyd Wright walking tour through Oak Park. The hotel is a short drive from a great shopping mall so there was great shopping and restaurants right around the corner. Great place to visit!
