Good quality and price
Good hotel with good service, rooms are relatively clean, quite area, close to the metro station. There is also a good store close to it. Very good for business since its close the media and internet city and also is good for a family trip.

Noise disturbance
I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. I have to say the nightclub located on the 16th floor kept me awake every night until 3.30am.I stayed on floor 11 and then following my complaint relocated to the fifth floor. Unfortunately I could still hear vibrations and heavy bass and suffered a lot of sleep deprivation. I would not recommend this hotel as a family friendly hotel. I also think they should advertise before purchase that it has a loud nightclub and may suffer with noise nuisance as a result.

Affordable Lux
Having never been to Dubai before I had no idea what area I wanted to stay in, but had heard it didn¿¿¿t matter so much anyway as taxi¿¿¿s are cheap as chips over there so you can get around easily anyway.I chose the Byblos hotel because it was reasonably cheap for a 4-star hotel, included buffet breakfast (delicious), had an outdoor pool (which I didn¿¿¿t even end up using!) and it looked close-ish to The Palm Jumeira, which I was hoping for a view of.There was no view of The Palm Jumeira ¿¿¿ due to the haze in Dubai, but my room was lovely. I was on the 9th floor (I think ¿¿¿ well, high up anyway) and had a view out across the road into the haze. My bed was ginormous, as was the bathroom and bath.The tip about taxis was also true, they are very cheap and readily available ¿¿¿ A taxi to the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall took like 10-15 minutes.Although it was a great hotel, next time I¿¿¿m in Dubai, I think I will try and stay closer to Jumeira beach ¿¿¿ just for a more central city location and beachside experience.See full review: passportpacked.com

Excellent service, nice rooms, remote location
I have stayed in this hotel during a business trip for two nights, room I stayed was an executive and very spacious, amenities were nice and bed was quite comfy, internet speed was average and I was not really happy with that due to approximately expensive charge for daily rates day had. Big plus point for this property is friendly staff and their attitude which made my stay very pleasant . Location wise, you need a car to feel comfortable going places, I used the valet and they also showed a nice behavior. Overall I was happy with my stay !

Great location,great price
Well this is not a plush hotel,however it is located next to a Dubai metro station which gives you easy access to the rest of the city. We got an upgrade to an executive suite on the third floor; quiet and roomy. The buffet breakfast is average. The hotel felt clean, safe and the staff were pretty good. Lots of parking as well. Not much to do in TECOM, but a great location for reaching everywhere else. Not a holiday hotel, but OK as a base to explore from......oh and cheap.
