Great value and location
Good value for a fairly accessable hotel in Bangkok. Minutes from skytrain and not far from river. Good size room and bathroom, AC and TV. We stayed a week and will definately choose this place again for a longish stay. Big plus is the outdoor pool. Not the best area of Bangkok but great if you need a central base. All the staff were helpful.

25 meter swimming pool, but they spit in it...
The main reason to stay in this hotel is the 25 meter swimming pool, free to use for hotel guests. Unfortunately, the locals has a habit of spitting or cleaning their noses into the plastic frmae around the pool, assuming it goes away. but all that yellow stuff they get out of their noses is going back to the pool !! i aksed the management to hang a big sign saying *NO SPITTING IN THE POOL* , or to block those plastic frames around the pool, but of course they will not do it.This hotel is close indeed to a BTS station, but the BTS station is far away from the centraL bangkok - around good 20-30 min. drive to get to silom rd / MBK mall.but it is close to the boat pier BTS station. THE GYM and sauna went on fire few weeks ago and are under renovations.

Good Budget hotel near Skytrain
Here are the pros and cons of this hotel - Pros: 1) Within walking distsnce of WongWienWai BTS Skytrain station2) The rooms are comfortable and the washrooms are in good condition with hot showers in working condition3)Rooms are clean and has working cable tv, electric kettle, air-con and a small sink4) Friednly staffsCons:1) No free internet coonect2) The paid internet connection is not also Wifi, have to use the internet kiosk at the reception area3) No good restaurant or eatery near the hotel

Too expensive for what you get
This hotel advertises itself as a budget hotel. To be honest for what you get it should be a lot cheaper than the 750 BHT charged. It is a fair way from the centre, the place has a depressing atmosphere. The room we had was clean and had aircon, a small table and a kettle & fridge, but there were quite a few large bugs in the bathroom. The staff were unfriendly which surprised us in Bangkok and you had to pay for everything - extra for wifi or Internet, breakfast not included, you even had to give them a 500 bht deposit for your key. And then to get your deposit back handing in the key wasn't enough - you also had to produce the receipt they gave you - Can't help feeling it was just another way to get more money out of people. For 100 bht a night less we stayed in a double room at the nearby U-Baan hostel which was so so so much nicer.

H O R R I B L E
This hotel had a fire over by the pool. You can access the pool, but the gym is not functional. The hotel staff is friendly, but cannot speak English very well. The room I stayed in had ROACHES and ANTS. Lots of ANTS. The property is pretty close to a BTS station and some low class shopping over near Wangwian Yai Circle. I found one street food place that I was able to enjoy. The rest of them were full of PORK, PORK, PORK. The condos closer to the BTS are expensive and not very easy to get information about. If you are an African or African-American (dark skin) as I am, you will be looked at very funny. Some Thais will be nice to you, but most will try to take advantage of you not because you cannot speak the language, but because you are black.
