We had a great time staying here. We rented a 4 bedroom house which ended up being in Southern Dunes. The pool was very clean. The house could have used a good coat paint or a good wash down of the walls. If you decided to rent a house make sure that you either bring some household items or be prepared to purchase them. For example: sugar, salt, paper towels, ketchup, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. It's too bad that when you rent here they don't give you a little welcome kit with a small box of laundry and dishwasher soap. You end up having to buy it, but then don't use it all. We left what was remaining behind, so hopefully someone got to use it and the management company didn't take it. Anyway, renting a house was a way better option then staying at a hotel!One last thing, you don't find out what house or even community you are staying in until you arrive and check in, so don't get freaked out or nervous by this. Checkout is 10 am but you can get a late checkout until about 2 pm for $56 tax in
