terrific weekend break!
Stayed at the hotel 2 nights, a really friendly welcome which continued throughout our stay.Our room was very spacious and comfortable, it even had a balcony but disappointed that we didn't get the use of this due to the wet weather.Used the restaurant both nights, service and food excellent and again staff couldn't do enough for you.Staff coped brilliantly dealing with a wedding reception, coach parties,and hotel residents dining in the restaurant on the Saturday night.We would return to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Wonderful Welcoming Hotel
Hotel in the center of Drymen at a suitable stop on the West Highland Way.It was a welcome sight. The staff were excellent.Rooms were a bit dated but acceptable.We had a meal in the bar and this was first class.

Wonderful old hotel.
This hotel is right in the middle of a very quaint village. It is an old 1700's coaching inn.Thick stone walls and BIG roaring log fires in the public areas add to the appeal of this hotel. Its staff are so friendly and helpful. We paid to upgrade our room and had a small balcony and the bathroom had a TV set into the wall so you could watch while you bathed... Inside is a bit of a rabbit warren with corridors everywhere, but you soon find your way around. Most of the rooms are in a new extension. The food in the restaurant is excellent and well cooked and hot. We have stayed here twice so far and would not hesitate to revisit again soon.

We arrived at the Winnock hotel for the murder mystery night, We were allocated room number 34, and i have never seen a hotel room in such a dirty state, Fair to the hotel, on complaining they moved us to room number 19 which was much better, Because of the state of room number 34, we actually thought that the murder mystery took place in it. We still had a very good time at the murder mystery, and the staff was very helpfull,

Murder Mystery stay
We stayed one night for a murder mystery weekend which was absolutely brilliant and I would certainly recommend.Check in was very quick and smooth and we were given our room key. The staff at this hotel are excellent, very friendly and happy, the bar area is very cosy and the food is very good. The only complaint I have is that the rooms really could do with a lick of paint and a bit of a face lift to make it worth the money, the beds are very hard, and the shower is a trickle.
