The suites are comfortable and make for a mini-apartment. The complimentary breakfast and dinners take the edge off of searching for good food while traveling. We met guests who made Homewood Suites their home while they were in transition. They said staff made them feel at home. This was our take also after just a weekend stay.

Great for family and business
The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. I stayed with my family, and my kids loved what the hotel offered and the breakfast was above and beyond what i expected. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thats traveling with kids.

nice place to stay
We found the hotel comfortable during our stay. The rooms were clean and well laid out. the breakfast was better then I expected. the pool was nice and the fitness center had just enough equipment for a vacation work out . We did have an issue with house keeping as far as getting some towels . It took some work on my end to get it taken care of .

Clean, friendly, convenient, inexpensive
My sister and I met for a couple of days of togetherness. It's a newish basic hotel, no "atmosphere" to speak of, but the price includes a full breakfast and a dinner, including wine and beer, in a pleasant dining room, with a patio available if weather permits. Nice indoor pool. Conveniently located on the outskirts of Rochester, a lovely city, and near the Finger Lakes Region.

Good Hotel, great customer service
I went with a friend for a shopping weekend. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The price is very reasonable for a suite. Close to a lot of shopping and great restaurants. I agree with another reviewer about the breakfast, the bananas were not edible, way too green. Wi-fi is included. I would definitely stay again.
