Not as promised
This was by far the most disappointing place I have ever stayed. My reaction to the accommodation would not have been so severe if it had not been for the glowing description on their website and accompanying confirmation email. "..courtyard view room..." : In fact we had no view. We had a tiny window which opened into the hall lobby (indoors). No natural light or no fresh air."...plasma television..." : The television was basic. And with 3 remote controllers to operate it. Each remote was colour coded and required a combination of several buttons to access "..European channels..." . This combination only worked sporadically - 3 times over 5 day."..shower...hair dryer." : The shower door was broken. It would not close. This was uncomfortable to shower in and created a large mess every shower time (twice daily x 2 people). The hair dryer was broken - it has exposed wired and was installed in the bathroom with this shower that had no working door. "..extra towels/bedding in room are among the conveniences offered." : Neither we available. fresh towels were to be delivered daily. This was not available - even after I called and requested towels in the afternoon they were not delivered until the following afternoon - more than 24 hours on. There were plenty more issues regarding the comfort of our stay. A connecting room to other which was not discrete or private. We could hear all our neighbors every little steps... on occasion we woke thinking someone was in our room - more than uncomfortable. The room was also dirty and not cleaned daily as stated on booking.

Excellent staff
People at the reception are soo nice! They have made my stay way better than it could have been. I had no idea about what to visit or where to eat and they made me feel like I was a local, offering a lot of cool recommendations. Even though the studio is pretty basic, I think it is the perfect base for a rookie in Barcelona.

Small but comfortable
We were expecting something bigger, but in the end it worked fine, as we were too busy to explore Barcelona and came back super tired after long walks. Great location, close to everything ¿¿¿ a lot of nice places to eat tapas or have some cocktails. We didn¿¿¿t feel like anything was missing, so the stay was correct.

Cozy studio
Location ¿¿¿ perfect: close to Las Ramblas and the beach, a lot of bars and restaurants downstairs. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. The room gives to the interior of the building so there¿¿¿s no noise coming from the street.

The visit was beautiful
we had a great stay at the apartment. it was clean and comfortable for the 3 weeks we stayed in it. when we arrived the service was excellent, and They were very accommodating. it was very roomy and well ventilated. the facilities were quite new.
