Let's start off by saying that from the exterior, seems like your normal extended stay hotels for business and leisure travelers. I was given a room on the second floor and when I walked in, I noticed a muggy smell. Okay fine no biggy. So I turn on the lights and see SEVERAL HUGE STAINS on the carpet. Then I noticed the dinky and cheap outdated furniture, from the tables to the bead, sofa, old box tv, etc. I suck it up since it's just one night but then as I sit on the bed, it's WOBBLY!!! okay, I draw the line there!!I asked to be changed and even showed the pictures of the stains on the carpets and dirty walls to the lady at the front desk. She didn't care to apologize for this but was able to change my room for me.The second room looked exactly the same without the stains.So it's morning and I decide to have breakfast. Another grave disappointment.Overall, if this was a $40 a night hotel, go for it. Don't pay anything over that. This place has a lot of potential if only management would give it some updating and tlc.

First, the good. The location is woodsy so it's very quiet. The suite was clean but verging on shabby. The staff was helpful. Now, the bad. The hallways are dingy and smell really badly, possibly of cigarettes.The breakfast was just OK.The biggest issue for me, however, is that the hotel has long-term residents, and both my husband and I separately concluded they were public assistance recipients.They definitely dominate the public areas and set the tone at the hotel, but there was one we encountered who was pretty strange. He hoarded food and seemed disturbed. Quite frankly, it was not someone I expected to meet at a three-star hotel. I am including this information because I would want to have this information before booking a room here.

Spent their 3 nights for business , Large rooms , relatively clean .Very welcoming and friendly staff . OK breakfast and nice to have evening socials with food and beverages .Hotel rooms need renovation and it starts from the old TVs (why not flat screen ) , not fully functioning phones , unstable internet connection which did not allow to connect via VPN , old and hardly movable shower head and most annoying the extremely noisy air condition which simply cannot allow you to keep it on .All the above simply take out the relaxing and ¿¿¿spoiling¿¿¿ experience a business traveler is looking for after a long working day , and it is a shame as the hotel has the potential .

I have heard great comments on this hotel in the past from few coworkers but was a little bit dissapointing. The room was very spacious but not very well keeped (hole in one door, uneven floor,...). The location is very convenient, that is true. Very dissapointed with the service, one day they only made one of the beds, they never made the crib for my son, they did not clean at all

We stayed here one night as it was conveniently situated to Logan airport. The receptionist was rushed and not particularly helpful although things did smooth out. I enjoyed the comfortable lounge and the 24 hr coffee. Our room was pleasant with its own kitchen although more than one trash can and milks for the tea/ coffee would have been nice. Breakfast had great potential with a good selection but at 6.00am at the start of the service, the scrambled egg was cold and the oatmeal uncooked and watery. If I was an extended guest who was looking for a home away from home, i might expect better.
