Memorable Stay
We stayed here for 2 nights and I must say it's the most delightful hotel stay ever.We were greeted with cheery smiles the moment we stepped into the hotel. The polite and good-looking staff processed our check-in really quick while we sipped our welcome drink in the lobby lounge. A lovely surprised awaited us; we were offered an upgrade to a suite, imagine our grins.The staff brought us to our suite, introducing and explaining the different facilities and services of the hotel along the way. The suite is tastefully designed and decorated, completed with intricate details such Aigner toiletries (it's the 1st time that I come across hotels providing loofah as part of the bath ensemble) and ultra-comfy pillows.We are most impressed by their eye for details. The provision of a full ice bucket without us requesting for it, warm milk to go with coffee and tea at the buffet breakfast (I usually see cold milk at others), instead of topping hot drinks in your cup, they will serve fresh hot ones after you have finished, white omelette etc.This is a place where I will strongly recommend for anyone visiting Bangkok.

A Slic and chic hotel on a quiet street within close proximity to shopping district. One of the Best in bangkok!
Our 2nd stay at Vie, the hotel delivered on our high expectation. Friendly reception and restaurant staff, slic and chic, spacious room (deluxe suite), separate temperature control for living and bedroom, big bed, oversize 8 seater sofa, in-room espresso machine. The restaurant, Vie Grill, serves tasty food at reasonable price. The dinner buffet has good selection including foie gras.Will i return? Definitely!

Supurb design hotel in heart of the city
We have stayed here for a couple of days.The staff is outstanding and service absolutely amazing.We where able to check in early.Breakfast selection is great with a goo variation.Aso the staff there was outstanding.Good gym and smal but nice pool.I would recommend this place and will come back again next time.

Only the best for Bangkok
We stayed here for two nights in April 2013. The hotel itself was gorgeous and utterly worth the 5 star tag. We were offered the upgrade to a suite on arrival which included breakfast and a massage in the hotel which was well worth it. The restaurant food is buffet style even in the evening but what a choice!! Out of this world! Too much really to eat. Expect to pay a premium for this experience though. The bar was a modern 'fashion themed' bar with interesting lampshades! The Cocktails are great! The location is not perhaps the best and it seems oddly placed to have such a gorgeous hotel in the middle of this neighbourhood however with taxis and tuk tuks so cheap it really didn't bother us. Definitely would recommend if you have the budget.

Good and bad
We wanted to make our last night in Thailand a good one so we choose a more upmarket hotel than we would usually book. There was a great rate on the Accor website that included breakfast, so we booked it and looked forward to the buffet! We were travelling with our grown up children, so were booking two rooms. On arrival we were told that the fine print of the rate we had booked said that we needed to book it using points - this wasn't clear in the website but on re-reading the terms and condition it did say this. The helpful front desk staff suggested upgrading to a suite, which included breakfast and ended up not costing us too much extra when the cost of breakfast was taken into account (the kids stayed in their original room, and didn't get breakfast!).This was an unfortunate introduction to the hotel and meant that we started off feeling frazzled and annoyed. Luckily the room was lovely and we like the location - great for last minute shopping.The hotel is looking little frayed around the edges, with chipped paint, missing tiles, etc. Time for a refurb I think. It still has a funky air about it and there are nice touches such as ice offered in the evening and flowers and a sweet brought to your room (although no turn down on the bed). The pool area is tiny and the water seemed very heavily chlorinated. The gym looked well equipped. There are also a sauna and jacuzzi for guests.Service is lovely, as is the norm in Thailand. Don't know if I'd return, but only because there are so many other places to choose from in Bangkok.
