Good value for bit outdated, but comfortable hotel
This hotel needs some remodeling with its rooms, but otherwise, it's a nice hotel with good facilities. It's primary business appears to be related to all of the special events it holds (weddings, dances, meetings, etc). Although close to the old airport (domestic flights), it's not very close to most of the other attractions in Bangkok. There isn't much within walking distance either. Still, it was a good value for my stay ($60 U.S.) with a fairly good breakfast buffet (omelette bar, a few specialty dishes like duck, and then typical breads, french toast, pancakes, cereal, etc.). The free wireless in the room worked fine, and the fitness center was above average. I didn't try the spa, but it seemed reasonably priced. The service was friendly with at least some workers being able to speak English well.

It's ok, but the room are a bit outdated
The room was booked by Agoda as a superdeal. I expected a good 4-5 star hotel. But it was disappointing. The rooms are in need of some urgent renovation. (too many things in the room where half broken and not working properly). The staff is friendly and helpfull. A compliment for the restaurant, the buffet-breakfast was excellent. I also tried the buffet-lunch for 390 baht, this is worth the money. Excellent choises of food.

Definitely not 'superior'
We stayed in room 5017. It was booked as a superior room, for 1700 Baht. The room is in serious need of cleaning and renovation. The A/C didn't work properly, the corners of the room were quite dirty, there were very old curtains, an industrial toilet and a TV in the shower! The staff were nice, the bed was comfortable and the airport shuttle was nice but the room was a disappointment.

Good location, but that's it!
If you need a hotel close to the airport this one is good as it was about 10mins taxi ride. The rooms are very dated and aren't as clean as we would have liked. We asked for a non smoking room but the floor we stayed on stunk of smoke it was horrible! There isn't much to do here, there is a pool but only 6 sun loungers! Wouldn't stay again!

Great Place near Don Muang Airport
The ambiance and quality of this hotel is excellent , we specially loved the Restaurants ( Japanese & Seafood Buffet ) absolutely outstanding and great value.The staff is very friendly and helpfull and the location is fantastic if you need to go to Don Muang Airport early in the morning. No problem to get to the city precincts.We will stay again there when next time in Bangkok.
