Good Hotel in Rome
Hi this hotel is really good hotel, I stayed here for one night, the front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative, the location of hotel is good, to Conclude I would like to say that this is good hotel to stay in Rome. Over All value for Money!

Good Value
My fiance and I stayed here for two nights while in Italy during the holidays and paid under $200 all together. We took the train in so it was nice that we were located within a 12 minute walk to the station- otherwise we would have had to take a cab, which i didn't want to do since i didn't want to get ripped off. The hotel staff was very nice as well as welcoming and the lobby/room/ bathroom was clean (love the glass floor in the lobby). Complimentary breakfast is always appreciated. This hotel is not in the most touristy area of the city, but is fine if you don't mind walking about 20 minutes to the Colosseum (which we didn't because we wanted to explore the city by foot and not be on a tour bus). There are some really good restaurants we enjoyed close by. I wish there was wifi in the room so I could write to my family but it is available on site for a small fee. I read that the street is noisy at night, which it is, but I didn't expect anything else staying in such a lively city. This hotel offers a good value without taking away from quality especially if you're looking to stay on a budget.

Great stay at Latinum
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Latinum, the room was very clean and nicely decorated. We got lost on our walk from the train station and the neighbourhood we had to walk through wasnt the best and didn't feel very safe. I might recommend taking a bus or taxi if your arriving late at night. The staff was very welcoming and even allowed us to pre book out Vatican tickets from their computers. The area around the hotel doesn't have much to offer, theres a couple of restaurants a few streets over but we mostly ate close to the Trevi fountain area. If I had one comment it was that the beds weren't the most comfortable. They were a little hard but great price and would definitely recommend.

Easy walk from Terminus.
Not located in a touristy area but for the price it is very nice. 10 min walk from the train terminal and located on the piazza where several metro trains merge. You walk out catch the metro and your at the Colosseum in 10 min for a fraction of what a taxi charges. The rooms are modern and very nice. My only cons are that the wifi only worked in the lobby and the power is completely cut to the room when you leave so no charging of devices.

Just ok
We booked this hotel after reading some reviews which stated it was close to the train station. Our party of four took a taxi which charged us 14 euro and found out later that we were overcharged as he charged us 1 euro for each bag we had. This is not typical. The hotel was average in cleanliness, and appearance. The room was small, a bit noisy on the traffic side, and at some distance from most attractions. The concierge said " just a short walk" to the coliseum. After walking many blocks through busy intersections we finally arrived there. "Short Walk" does not mean the same worldwide. After seeing the sites we took a taxi back to the hotel. The concierge was very helpful in providing maps and dining suggestions for the immediate area. Would we stay again? Probably not, but ok for one night.
