not a 4-star hotel, rather 2 stars (if at all)
It's simply not a 4-star hotel. I expected much more. Here the stuff that happened to me. Check the other reviews... I can fully agree with negative stuff about the food, the service, the breakfast (DO NOT TRY THE SCRAMBLED EGGS), and the location. There are much better hotels for the same price.The food was aweful (check the other reviews).The same with the security situation (see one other review). The room service opens like 20 doors at the whole floor and leaves them open for everyone to check what's inside. And we are in Rome and there IS suspicious folk in the floor...I had to call two times and wait for 30mins for toilette paper.The hotel is NOT well connected to downtown. You need a quite unreliable shuttle bus from the hotel to the metro station... The service stops early in the evening (before 9pm) and if you do not speak Italian, you get lost somewhere in the middle of Rome trying to find a taxi... Somewhat funny and an interesting experience but not what I wanted & expected from the hotel web site and a 4-star hotel.Several more such things...The room was clean though and the staff generally friendly. If someone does not speak English, the just walk away, though, or just hangup the phone, etc. ... Again, very funny but not what I expect in a 4 star hotel when I need help. ;-) The area is quite residential and wealthy, i.e. alright. Not many bars & restaurants in walking distance though.In summary, try find something else. Rome has much better hotels for the same money.

In fact I liked the location!!!
We traveled in September 2012 end. Yes, it's correct that in order to reach here from Termini you have to take metro and bus both but that's quite easy to use if you can spare just 40 mins! The surrounding are is very calm. The rooms are good, comfortable and clean. As mentioned by few persons over here, in order to reach here, get down at Colli Albani (Metro Line A) and take bus # 663 or 664 (One of them, I think 663, will drop you at the backyard of the hotel and the other one on the main road from there it's just couple of minutes walk to the hotel).I didn't find breakfast that good. The fruits section was great but other than that was a bit on the down side. Not at all upto 4 star standard!There are couple of nice pizzerias nearby and a Toddy's.

Great Value and nice Hotel
We stayed for 3 nights, The hotel is a bit far from the city but it is easy to get to the city if you get the bus the hotel provides then a train (trains in Rome are very easy to use).The room was big with a nice bathroom with bath, the room was very nice. the only thing is the bed was a little bit hard and the pillows where also hard but it was not too bad. there was no noise at all. the breakfast was free and they had all different things but was very poor quality. the Hotel restaurant I thought was good, but busy. I would recommend this hotel to others because of its great value.

Rome holiday
Nice hotel located a bit out from centre of rome but has its own bus that takes you to metro.From there it is easy to get into rome. Rooms were very good, clean with flat screen telly, safe and a lovely bathroom. breakfast is your usual continental wit bacon and scambled eggs as the only hot food which was sometimes cold. Do not eat in the restaurant as the food is over priced and not very good. Bar prices are quite reasonable for rome 4 euros for a beer.
