Nice hotel, lovely food
we visited this hotel in September 2012. it's a lovely hotel with great pools. 2 very large outdoor and more indoors. The reception and outdoor areas were clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean, but a bit dated and worn. The food was really good, a great selection at all meal times to suit many tastes. Even the pool bar had a good selection at lunchtimes. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It's quite a walk to the beach - about 15 mins. But worth the walk. It's sandy and clean, with a nice selection of bars and restaurants opposite the promenade. The gym is well equipped with lots of machines. Though the Staff in the gym were a little rude, ignoring us completely when we first arrived for a long time, then gave no instruction of where to go to find the gym. When we asked, we were given an ignorant nonchalont reply. This was the same reception each time we went whern signing in. All in all, a nice hotel, one of the better ones in Llorett.

Not a 4 star
Spent a week at this hotel.. I have a mixed review. Beautiful foyer and facilities - food is great, and there is plenty of it. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms "boast" a tiny TV, for which you have to pay a deposit of !5 Euros to get a remote for. Only 2 English channels. Walls are paper thin, and I never got more that 5 hours sleep a night. NO coffee/tea/kettle in rooms, and none available in the dining room except at breakfast. If you want coffee, you have to pay for it and sit in the bar. I have stayed at 3 star hotels with better facilities. Overall, an average hotel.

Lovely staff and fabulous food!
I took a school party of 40 to visit and Barcelona and we stayed at this hotel in Lloret de Mar for a long weekend at the beginning of March. While the hotel needs to be modernised, the rooms are a good size. We had mostly triple rooms with the third bed being a pullout bed which a few of us found to be a bit lumpy. There were 6 pools which looked clean and well maintained although we did not use them. The staff were fabulous and took very good care of us indeed.The entertainment staff were really helpful and the reception and restaurant staff were polite and helpful at all times. There was a lot of room in the hotel and we made good use of the games area. The food was buffet style and there was plenty to suit all tastes.

holiday okay :)
Nice hotel, friendly staff, city with night life for younger people, ... I was there longer time ago, but in summer 2011 I had trip to Spain to visit my friends so for 1 day I was in Lloret de Mar also, and have to say almost nothing changed and it brought nice memories to me...

This hotel was quite comfortable and spacious
I stayed here for a few nights last Christmas after travelling to Llorett de Mar from the UK. It needs some updating but it's quite comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the large number of guests who were staying there over Christmas. There was a good variety of food and there's a good swimming pool and outdoor seating area for sunny days (it was very warm and sunny there on Christmas Day). There are lifts and comfortable bars.
