Pretty well as expected for an airport hotel, nothing flash but adequate if you don't want to venture into Vegas proper to stay.They have a free shuttle to collect you if you call them - the collection point is at zero level which is downstairs from the baggage hall and it was a bit tricky to locate the pickup spot for a first time visitor.Be aware that typical of most airport shuttles you will be driven around in what seems an endless loop of roads to get to your destination due to the odd arrangement of terminals.The return shuttle runs on demand, you just put your name down at the front desk.I left the hotel at 5.30 am and the shuttle was prompt and efficient.I also used the shuttle to the MGM Grand that goes every 2 hours, which was useful as it puts you near the centre of the Strip.From there you can walk or take the bus that runs up and down the strip.Taxis are only available from hotels and the lines were long everywhere I went.The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.Wifi was free.There is no resort fee.It was VERY hot the day I was there so the dispensers of fresh ice water in the lobby were very welcome.On the morning of my early departure they were replaced with coffee.As other reviewers have mentioned the hallway carpets are filthy and need to be ripped up.The trail of stains leading to my room looked like something from CSI?

Stayed here one night before a flight out the next day. Following our phone call, the shuttle picked us up on zero level of terminal one, where we had just arrived by van from out-of-state, and dropped us back the next day at our airline. It could not have been easier.The hotel was clean, the check-in was efficient, the rooms (2) were nice-sized, the bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels and goodies, there were plenty of lights in the room, a nice flat-screen TV, a safe, coffee maker, fridge, desk with chair, additional chair with ottoman, black-out drapes, and the cookies were warm and delicious! The ac, which was on the whole time because it was so hot in Las Vegas, acted like white noise, which made for a really good sleep.Overall I'd have to say that for the price, it was much better to stay here than on the strip. We took the shuttle to the MGM Grand in the evening, and spent our saved money eating a wonderful meal at Sensi, in the Bellagio, and gambling. Once on the strip, you can walk to many hotels, rather than wait in traffic...but it is hot.

This hotel is a good choice for people flying out of Las Vegas. It is very close to the airport and a free shuttle goes at regular hours.We paid a very low rate and received excellent value. The room was quiet, clean and well equipped. Carpets could use cleaning but otherwise fine. The front desk staff, breakfast staff and shuttle driver were all extremely helpful, pleasant and polite. A warm cookie on arrival, ice water in the lobby, a morning newspaper were all nice touches that were not expected at this price.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel 5/25/13 to spend the night for a departing flight the next day. The check in was smooth, desk clerks polite and efficient. Room 237 was out assignment. Entering the room, we found the window wide open. I find this very unusual. My first thought, why would they be airing the room out. My wife entered the bathroom finding that it obviously had not been cleaned. Soap scum all over the fixtures, hair on the back of the tub, several used shampoo containers on the side of the tub and used bars of soap on the sink. The commode had not been cleaned and there was dental floss all over the floor indicating the floor had not been cleaned in any way. Trash cans had waste in them. I called the front desk and they offered another room, but I had just lugged 5 bags up to the room and I did not want to move. Being 3PM in the afternoon, I requested a maid come and clean the bathroom. A maid came, but only spent abut 2 minutes cleaning the bathroom. She removed the used containers and wiped down the bathtub fixtures with something, emptied the trash cans, but nothing else. Stated she had "to clean 18 rooms today." We spread towels on the bathroom floor to walk on as it was still not clean. The outlet plugs on the bottom of the lamps would not hold anything that was plugged into them. I attempted to plug in my cell phone charger plug and it just fell out. Had to tie myself in knots to use a wall plug. The TV has very poor picture quality and the user menu was complicated. I did not like having to wade through advertising and porno channels to get to the regular TV channels. I know this is Las Vegas, but some people that stay in your hotels still have a sense of decency We finally just gave up on that. Upon retiring, I found two of my pillows had distinct body odor on them. I immediately removed them from the bed. I can only hope the linen on the bed had been changed. At this point, I was not sure that anything had been done in the room. The hotel as a whole was not clean. Elevator floors were dirty, carpets dirty, walls dirty, trash in the parking lot. I would expect a lot more from a Hilton Hotel. If I had wanted to stay in a cut rate hotel, I would have done so and saved a lot of money. One positive note, the driver that took us to the airport on the shuttle the next day at 4:30AM was wonderful. She was upbeat, pleasant and most helpful. I appreciated her. On thing the Hilton management needs to remember, a warm 50 cent chocolate chip cookie does not make up for poor quality control.

We had to stay here for a night as our flight was delayed. The staff were relatively friendly - rooms were fine although all the complimentary items were not there and you had to ring reception to request them if bothered- not particularly impressed.We looked out of the window to see a rather neglected pool so decided to go back to the strip which was expensive due to taxi fare.Courtesy bus took us to airport but the airline didn't bother to ask it to pick us up to take us there - the hotel - when we were delayed. Delta - be warned stroppy staff and unhelpful
