I spent a week in Capri last year with my girlfriend. This hotel has an amazing view of the see from the pool. The room was great and the service impeccable. We used to have breakfast every morning on the hotel's terrace. Simply amazing!

Fantastic View and Location!
The infinite views of the sea from the rooms is simply breath taking. * Opt for the pickup and drop from the port to the hotel if you have luggage.* Choose rooms with balcony and with a sea view. No point staying here if you dont have the sea view.* We booked the junior suite with sea view and balcony. Please note that even though the balcony is huge and spacious - it is not a private balcony. The balconies in the adjoining rooms seem to be connected.* The rooms could have been better in terms of small things like - better pillows and softer beds.* The breakfast at the hotel is very nice. Broad range of items. The deserts are really yum.* The service is good. Nothing to complain.On the whole it is worth staying at this hotel. The view and location as mentioned earlier will make you love this hotel and Capri on the whole.

Great views!
We loved our deluxe ocean view because we had lounge chairs and a spectacular view. Very special. The room was great. The breakfast was fabulous. The facilities are great, and we had easy access to the beach. The front desk staff could have been more friendly and helpful. They always seemed to be in a rush, and didn't really care about wanting to help us. But the location of this place and views is superb and the free and frequent shuttle bus to town is very helpful.

Charged an extra night to our credit card-"to make sure it was working".
We stayed here for three nights, a Thursday to a Sunday, and had an enjoyable stay until we checked our bank accounts so see we were charged for an extra night, and when we rang to enquire as to why this was so they simply said"it was to see if our credit card was working, even though we had paid the hotel, in full with a totally different card. Now we have stayed in a lot of hotels in italy and this has never happened before and had us very puzzled as to why they would do this, and not even tell us at check out that they had charged a room to the credit card.The hotel is a 3 star hotel,located in a 4 star location. The towels provided are are not to the quality you would expect of a 4 star hotel and also the toilet paper is 1 ply, nothing at all luxurious. Also, upon returning to our room at night, the cleaning service had been in and left a bottle of window spray in the room, not something you would expect to find in your room. The swimming pool with the jacuzzi attached are wonderful, but when we went to the third swimming pool, it was full of flies and other insects and you wouldn't swim here. The shuttle to the town centre is a wonderful service, as it does run regularly and the hotel is a good walk away from the square. The complementary glass of champagne on arrival does make you feel important and is a nice touch also Overall, it was an enjoyable trip, as we are not the fuzzy kind, but people who expect 4 star luxury may be disappointed, and make sure you check your bank account, in case they want to "see if your card works" too.

charming
Very nice hotel and good value for money. We spent 3 nights in May 2013.We loved our stay in Weber Ambassador hotel, great views from the terrace Location was perfect if you wish to be in a calme place, although not too far away from the main centre. We had all comfort we needed, the room was clean and spacious. The sfaff was friendly and they made good suggestions. We hope to stay there again in the next year!
